Typically, when we work with outside shops, it's hard for people to understand what we do, why we do certain processes, and how things function. I'm not sure that the Balkan Brothers team totally comprehends everything we do, but it's never been a roadblock. They just do what we tell them to do, and they enhance the areas that they can using visual design.

Overall a well-managed engagement and great collaboration and experience with their team. The PM ran this engagement very tightly by creating a strong framework of applications and processes. We had regularly scheduled meetings, and used Basecamp for communication and JIRA for bug/issue tracking. Due to the PM's diligence by focussing on details and ensuring that communication was flowing accurately and consistently we were able to manage and keep on top of a very complex design and build project.
