I like that they’re a very hands-on business. Rather than going through six layers of people, I can just have a phone conversation directly with the videographer. They’re good about asking me questions about what I do or don't prefer. I can't say enough good things about how much they’ve helped me. As a one-person operation, I fully rely on them for guidance and education. They've been wonderful partners. I did work with another company in the past. Davis Advertising’s customer service really stands out. I know that I mean something to them. They’re a family-owned business, and they make me feel like I’m part of the team.
