The process was brilliant from that perspective, as we didn’t have any issues because we were doing it all through messaging and visual updates. Nonetheless, they were always good in terms of responsiveness, interpreting our feedback, and asking sensible questions. I was most impressed with their ability to work with us. After all, I did expect them to be the experts at web design, so they excelled as I expected, but more importantly, they took the time to help us understand how or why things worked the way they did. They were patient with us and guided us through the process. They always exceeded deadline expectations, they communicated effectively and efficiently and were patient with us. I'm not sure what more I could've asked or expected.
