Millennium Agency designed and developed a highly professional, new, financially focused website, geared toward attracting individuals who want to build their wealth. Once the website was completed, we worked with them on developing a launch campaign that included email marketing, social media, Google Ads, and video advertising to name a few. We're excited about the possibilities our new website will bring us in terms of business opportunities. When our website visitors land on our site, they are met with a fresh, eye-catching layout and an even better user experience. Our website is clear, cohesive, and responsive to all different types of devices, allowing our current and prospective clients to access our data and information with the touch of a hand.

It all started with a kick-off meeting, during which their team collaborated with ours to define goals, deliverables, and timelines. When they presented the initial website deliverable, they encouraged questions, comments, and concerns, demonstrating their receptiveness to our feedback. The revised version they later provided addressed all our requirements satisfactorily.

We worked closely with Millennium Agency’s CEO and strategist, Linda Fanaras, as well as their creative designer and project manager. They were all incredibly organized and in sync when it came to meetings and presentations and were always attentive to our needs. Their feedback process was well organized as well, with clear labeling and notes used to guide the process. The Millennium Agency team was proactive in asking for clarification, and they had quick turn-around times on all feedback.

As the owner and former President and CEO of EPTAC Corporation, an international leader in solder training and IPC certification, I was the lead point of contact throughout our work with Millennium Agency. EPTAC originally selected Millennium Agency to develop a new website using the Word Press platform. This redesign included a responsive themed design and included an easy-to-use content management system and provided multiple features that made publishing blogs, content, video, and podcasts easy. Our goal when working with Millennium was to boost our online presence, refine SEO efforts, and conduct a complete website redesign.

We selected Millennium through research within the state of New Hampshire, we were able to identify them as one of the top digital marketing firms. After several meetings, we realized that they were effective listeners and were able to put our goals and objectives into action, which resulted in the final selection of the Millennium Agency team.

The process included a multi-phase process that began with a kick-off meeting, deliverable discussion, and setting the schedule to reach our goals. Next the work on the site map and design structure begins, and Millennium presented us with multiple options for their recommendations. From there they gathered our feedback, and developed a new, modern website design that incorporated more online features for the user. This phase included content drafting and prototyping, which involved launching and testing the home page and internal links.

The fourth phase of the process was development, where they finalized the website for our review. Millennium Agency provided extensive testing of the platform and mobile compatibility for the site, as well as testing all the links and forms. Millennium conducted a final review and took the time to field and answer all questions that we had.

I worked with their creative designer, project manager, and the CEO of the Millennium. They went through a multitude of discovery and intake meetings which resulted in developing our site maps, scope documents, and a final implementation plan. From there they were consistently communicative and fielded our feedback throughout every phase of the process.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new modern website design for EPTAC was flexible and adaptable for our changing needs. We were able to integrate plug-ins to extend functionality and to add features that made the site more robust and powerful.

With the new website developed by Millennium Agency, the SEO and searchability was enhanced to rank EPTAC as the leading solder training and IPC certification company. The successful implementation of this new website propped us up to use Millennium for other successful marketing tactics, including content writing, social media, and creative digital ad design.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Millennium’s communication style with our team included ongoing email communication and scheduled milestone phone calls. The team was very responsive and attentive to our needs and scheduled bi-weekly or weekly update calls that addressed any deliverables present. This also provided an opportunity for their team to answer any questions we had as we went along.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were excellent listeners and took the time to really understand our needs. You have to understand that we provide certifications in the electronics manufacturing industry and that in and of itself is a very niche market. I was skeptical that a marketing firm would just not get who we are and the demographics we serve. They took the time to research our market, our competition, and the customers we served, so that they could better execute for us.

This showed me that they were in it for the long haul, building a relationship and being a team that supported our goals, and not just a one and done company. When your core marketing efforts are online, and you are executing and addressing challenges each and every day, you want a firm that you can depend on, one that has your back. That is Millennium.

I think that the area of improvement was mostly on our side. I should have handed tasks that they ultimately managed over to them earlier, rather than hold on to them and managed them myself, example: Google AdWords, SEO, etc...
