Tier One Partners was selected as GHX's PR agency of record (AOR) and were responsible for stewarding GHX's public relations program which included ongoing planning and counsel, results reporting, market analysis, proactive storyline development, media relations, thought leadership and content development, press release development, ad hoc issues and crisis support, as well as support for special projects such as change management initiatives.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We consistently measured average share of voice, percentage of key message inclusion in earned media, quality of earned media, quantity of articles, media interviews, press releases, speaking and award submissions and wins to determine the program's effectiveness. The Tier One team consistently produced strong results across the board which resulted in the expansion of the program over time to include areas like social media and executive thought leadership.

I can't emphasize enough how communicative the team is. They truly felt like an extension of my team. They are extremely attentive to detail and ensure their clients have all the information they could need for internal reporting about in-progress work, what's next, and results. They are also extremely transparent about burn rate with monthly retainers to ensure there is a no-surprises approach. I never experienced unexpected delays in work. The team prides themselves on consistently delivering high-quality work.
