Mike spent an entire day digging into my SEO and advertisements that I've been running for a little over a year. I felt like something was missing, but without any experience or training, it was difficult to know what the next steps were. Mike spent time combing through my website and ads to help me optimize everything. In addition to making the necessary changes, he walked me through how and why those changes were necessary. 
It wasn't until Mike's explanations and expertise that I realized how much ad spend I had been wasting over the past 13 months. In addition, he helped me make sure my website is compliant, as well as tracking conversions and leads accurately.

The response time, the knowledge, and the ability to explain the how/why of the changes that were being made. Most companies or professionals will make necessary changes, but not necessarily explain the reasoning. As a former educator, Mike taking the time to walk me through everything has me feeling more confident in everything moving forward.

Due to the short nature of the project, I do not have any suggestions for areas of improvement at this time.

In addition to that, he helped me trouble shoot an issue I had stressed over for years with my email and sorted it out within a day - all while I got to enjoy planting flowers! All I had to do was give him my information, explain the problem, and he handled the rest! I had sought out several other professionals in the past, to no avail. We worked with Mike on setting up our Google Campaign. We had a discovery call, in which Mike was able to identify how we can get in front of a more targeted audience.

A little about our history: As videographers, we gain work via referrals from other vendors in the wedding industry. However, we were hoping to achieve independence; we wanted clients to find us directly on the web! At the time, we were running FB/Instagram ads ourselves with disappointing results.

Right away, Mike was confident about putting us out there to couples who were actively looking for our services. Mike asked important questions about our brand and current marketing tactics. He was then able to see how we were performing in present-time, as well as set us up with various tracking tools to assess performance once his work was complete. It definitely made me feel more in control of our audience trends, and where we needed to improve on our website.

In less than a week, he had some targeted Google ads running for us, and we are already seeing results! Best of all, I feel more confident going forward about dipping my toe in the SEO world. As a creative, it was always something I felt intimidated by. However, I'm excited to see how these ads perform and gain insight about our audience in ways we were never able to access before.

Mike was extremely communicative and able to break down the Google audience targeting infrastructure in a way that was straight-forward to an SEO newbie creative such as myself. SEO was something I was always intimidated by, but he made me feel more confident that we can utilize SEO to target our audience directly (rather than relying on other vendors to send us work), to understand our audience more effectively, and to track the data on our site. We are incredibly grateful for this imperative info about our couples, and it will only help us improve our business strategy.
