The scope for this project will includes the following key activities:

• Project kickoff and planning
• Brand and messaging discovery and development
• Website discovery and development

Planned Activities:
Project kickoff and planning:

• Collaborate with Artemis on a project timeline (Path to Close document). This will include key milestones, workshops and interviews
• Confirm roles and responsibilities
• Facilitate project kickoff meeting

Brand & Website discovery and definition:

• Conduct a brand review of existing assets and research, including existing personas
• Facilitate a brand messaging workshop
• Redesign the Omega logo and design a mood board
• Define a visual language
• Facilitate Subject Matter Expert Interview as well as 2 stakeholder interviews
• Evolve brand with core messaging

Tech stack analysis

• Evaluate OmegaFIlters.com to include content and functionality f
• Develop a new information architecture and user experience
• Complete a content audit
• Facilitate a content strategy & SEO workshop (including defining assets
• needed for production)
• Research and define technical requirements, including CMS selection, hosting requirements, content migration and a plan for ecommerce

Website Development:

• Install new CMS

We are seeing continuously increasing traffic to our new web property, and more importantly, organic search conversion for key terms we did not previously achieve.

Our project was very large and difficult to estimate. I appreciate the flexibility and communication from CQC on what is in and out of scope. Listing more of this on the proposal would improve clarity.
