**The Review** — Apr 15, 2022

**Feedback Summary**: Revenue Architects is now in the execution phase of the client's brand relaunch, website, social media, technology enablement (CRM/Marketing Automation), and more. Their team is committed to the client's success. They conduct multiple meetings to ensure that everything is going smoothly.
""I have access to very experienced people who have done this before and are very keen to help us succeed.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the President & CEO of 4R Systems, a software solutions provider that focuses on inventory planning and optimization for retailers, wholesale distributors and consumer goods companies.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Revenue Architects?

We were looking for a partner to help us build a sustainable revenue model and a sales and marketing strategy to support demand generation and pipeline execution. We also had the need to rebrand the company from website, logo, digital profile and overall company messaging.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor?

We executed an RFP process where we invited 5 vendors to bid on the initiative. 4 of the 5 vendors responded with proposals and we went through an interview process. Revenue Architects stood out from all the rest....they not only answered our RFP questions but also gave us their opinion as to what else they thought we needed to be successful.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Revenue Architects starts out with a series of workshops depending on the scope of engagement. We engaged Revenue Architects on their 3 core strategies. They came with very well defined methodologies, tools and templates which extracted the core strategies of what we needed to work on. The next stage was to set up the various initiatives, along with work plans, group discussion sessions and very clear deliverables.

What was the team composition?

I worked closed with their Chief Revenue Officer and their CEO was part of the workshop discussions. They also provided addition SMEs at various stages of the workplan - e.g. creative design experts, marketing execution experts (ABM etc.) All of which are extremely experienced and knowledgeable in their various fields.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are now in the execution phase of all the hard work that we engaged in over the last 9 months. We now have a whole new brand relaunch, website, social media, technology enablement (CRM / Marketing Automation) etc.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

During the workshop phases we had multiple meetings per week where we had preparation materials to read and enabled us to have very productive meetings. Ongoing we have a weekly status meeting to review project plans (using SmartSheet) and there are multiple meetings depending on the activities we are working on. Plus, Revenue Architects are totally integration in to our technology with MS Teams, SmartSheet, and our CRM SharpSpring.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their commitment to our success. From a company perspective we have a true partnership with Revenue Architects but as a CEO, I have access to very experienced people who have done this before and are very keen to help us succeed.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

We wished we had engaged with Revenue Architects much sooner in our journey!
