I can text their owner immediately whenever I need to, and they've just been a really good partner. They don't expect me or others to assess our needs, and I trust them to get that done properly. Everyone claims to be a strategic partner, but they're actually in our business and are supportive of the many processes and systems to sit with the staff.

They have a project manager in charge, and they use a lot of the tools, such as Jira, that we use on our web development team, so the transition has been really easy. However, the best thing has been that they use Miro to lay out all their screens and mock-ups. It’s available to everybody and it’s an easy way for us to see the iterations they create so we can give feedback. Also, they hold requirement meetings every week and we have meetings with our project manager to make sure we’re aligned on the progress. All in all, they have great communication and tools to keep us all in sync.
