BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a co-owner of a pediatric dental practice with two locations in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

What challenge were you trying to address with Web Traffic Partners?

When we first connected with them, our main issue was trying to have a better SEO strategy and presence on Google. I had just taken over the practice and we needed to make a change with the website. We wanted to capture leads and future patients by making our website more robust and representative of our brand.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They created an entirely new website for us, including content, photos, and text. They worked to capture our brand through the site. On the backend, through designing and building the website, they work to strengthen and solidify our SEO presence on Google. Their team continues to post content and manage our website, and recently they’ve created a video for us.

What is the team composition?

I worked directly with Chris (Founder & CEO) and 3–4 others on the website. For other projects, they bring in different teammates. 

How did you come to work with Web Traffic Partners?

I was referred to them by another dental colleague. I was impressed after meeting with them and decided to work with them. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent over $15,000 over the last five years. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2015 and we’re still working with them. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They’ve helped us grow our presence on Google and show up in search results. We’re the first result for some of our keywords in our area. Although we get online reviews on different platforms, our website is the backbone of our online presence. The traffic to our website has been extremely high, too. We’re impressed and they’ve done a great job.

How did Web Traffic Partners perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very good. They are timely and organized. When they say they’ll have something done or there is an inquiry, they address it on time or sooner. Overall, they stick to deadlines and their communication is good. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

On the backend, I’ve been impressed with their SEO technical expertise to help expand our brand online. Their work on Google has given us a solid foundation. Even though we don’t spend a ton on advertising, we feel we don’t have to because our online presence is good. They do a fantastic job and the website looks great, but behind the scenes is where their value really shows. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Making the website more individual for each practice could benefit us. Since they have a lot of dental practice clients, the overall format and layout of the website seem virtually identical across more dental offices, with a few nuances to make them different. Most people wouldn’t notice, but there are quite a few similarities across the sites. They’ve done a fine job with us, but I think truly capturing the brand of each client would be good and make the work more individualized.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Know your brand well and they can help market and promote it on the website. They aren’t a brand development company as much as they are an SEO company, so you should know what you want for their work to be most beneficial.
