It’s easy to succeed when things are smooth, but it’s huge that they can be counted on when there’s a problem. Recently there was an issue where an ad for school choice was flagged as being political, which wasn't true but the name of the school district sounds political. Their team worked all weekend through phone calls and text messages to resolve the issue and make sure the ad would run as soon as possible. I was really impressed.  Their willingness to work over weekends is indicative of their commitment to act quickly to address any problem. If a client doesn't like something, they'll give them their money back immediately.
