We wanted to develop a Saas software integrated with our updated website, like a web-app that helps us automate payroll management, employee inquiries, cultural ratings, business phone system integration. Basically, an all in one, solution for our company. So, we reached out to AFINITY DIGITAL to help us with that, they assisted us with,

Great overall result, our team has already embraced the app to it's fullest and honestly I'm already seeing the results! Our productivity has a major boost, no more tedious repetitive tasks. All in all, we're very happy with our collaboration with AFINITY DIGITAL and really glad the end result turned out great.

We had dedicated projects managers, each playing a crucial role in getting the job done. We had a design guy, Matt Our development guy, Harry And lastly for marketing and content, Rebecca & Leon Each of them, helped us through every phase of the journey. It was a long one, and at times, we felt stuck. But the project management team were mostly on top of things.
Which is why, it's fair to say, from beginning to end, they dealt us professionally and ensured that improvisations are being done in a timely fashion. Overall, they delivered everything as per our schedule and even did some overtime, due to a time crunch with our SEO and Content Marketing deadlines. Which made it a real professional experience with AFINITY DIGITAL.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Dedicated and Hardworking team, they work until you're 100% satisfied, and never compromise on quality of work, we requested a lot of changes, but they happily improvised everything until everything was exactly as per our concept. Honestly with pricing, they are bit pricey, but the results totally justify the prices.
Are there any areas for improvement or something AFINITY DIGITAL could have done differently?
I've worked with various Digital Agencies, and my experience with AFINITY DIGITAL, was one of the best, if not the best. But, I think they could improve a bit on their response time, which is usually a bit longer than 30 mins or so.
