They help us to understand what the deadlines are, what our part is, and they make sure we stick to it. If we’re running off track, they let everybody know what that means. They use a Gantt chart as a production control tool, and they give the team the dummy version.

Instead of being dismissive of when we disagreed on a certain change they were receptive as to why we thought that a certain component might need to stay the same.
