      The creative director clearly set out her goals and designs. Once, that her deliverable was concluded, the hand-off to the head developer was seamless. Then, he provided efficient and effective work from development to launch. We communicated daily for about two weeks. Now, we communicate less frequently, but they are always accessible and deliver on time. Their immediacy and responsiveness are impressive. They really try to understand what you're trying to accomplish. Even if we give them a strict deadline, they will work extra hours and dedicate themselves to meet deadlines.
