A lot of things they do touch are our production systems, which they know, so they know when to work on them and when not to. Their responsiveness has been great. I can text their owner immediately whenever I need to, and they've just been a really good partner. They don't expect me or others to assess our needs, and I trust them to get that done properly. Everyone claims to be a strategic partner, but they're actually in our business and are supportive of the many processes and systems to sit with the staff.
