Our problems were theirs, so when I expected my employees up at 6:00 in the morning to make sure a job ran, the Traction team was also up, notifying us. They care about the business just as much as we do. They also spent a lot of time in non-billable resources just educating themselves, so that they weren’t just order takers. They were an extension of us.
