After a series of telephone conferences to discuss our goals, we exchanged multiple correspondences sharing design options and clarifying key objectives. At that point, Ignite prepared a new website that incorporated all of our objectives along with new video technologies. We worked with Ignite to make minor copy edits and the project was ready to launch.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked directly with two different individuals from Ignite, their Media Development Director and Creative Director.

Their documentation was very thorough. They followed up on every question and request we had to make sure our objectives were met. We were pleased that the project was finished on time and on budget.

The Media Development Director was easy to work with. He was responsive to emails and willing to jump on a conference call to talk through more complex issues. I believe Ignites effective communication directly lead to the project finishing on time.

We are a multi faceted company with many diverse divisions. One aspect of our business is finance short term hard money loans for investors in real estate. I have been the office manager with this company approximately 6 years.

We did not have a website that provided basic information about our company what services we offered. We wanted to provide our clients the convenience of being able to make online payments as well. Since we didn't have an in house development team, we hired Ignite Media to design and develop our website.

We exchanged emails that included a flow chart of our loan process and what information we wanted to convey to our potential clients. We subsequently engaged in Zoom conference meetings to discuss our goals, objectives and nail down the page design. Ignite Media took it from there.

Our project was smaller in scale, therefore, we had our project manager - Nick, that also assumed the role of designer and one full stack developer.

After the launch of our site, we had an substantial increase in customer outreach. Potential customers can now contact us via email to further inquire about our services. Providing access to our online portal via our site drastically increases the convenience to our customer allowing us to provide excellent customer service.

Ignite Media kept us up to date on the process and stages of the site. We had contact with Ignite Media as often as necessary: sometimes daily, most often weekly, in order to bring get our project completed prior to target date. Ignite Media was able to put together our site in a fairly short time frame from concept to implementation.

Ignite Media gave us a professional site that is easy to navigate for our customers. Ignite Media worked our company to ensure that we were satisfied with the design, content and layout of our site. Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the EVP of global sales for a chemical technology company. We develop and manufacture adhesives and sealants. We have many departments within our company, each responsible for a number of business units.
What challenge were you trying to address with Ignite Media?
While we had an overall marketing strategy that we wanted to convey as a company, we didn’t do any advertising nor marketing at the department level. It was important that we branded those departments, products, and provided processes better, so we called in Ignite Media for support.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Ignite Media has developed an overall marketing strategy for certain departments within our industries in addition to some web design and management services. They’ve also created an asset library of marketing and advertising pieces. This includes 15–30-second videos, testimonial videos for our services and products, and a whole slew of print materials for trade magazines and social media.
Currently, they’re doing a strategic marketing audit, and we’re planning to expand their involvement so that they can manage our social as well. We still have an ongoing roster of work that they’re doing for us.

We work with 2–4 people.
How did you come to work with Ignite Media?
I researched marketing agencies in my area, looking at half a dozen candidates. What was really important for us was finding an agency that could do social media, web management, and video production. That’s how I found Ignite Media.
I felt really comfortable with their team because they were a bit of a smaller company and were extremely responsive. Ignite Media gave me the sense that they were really good at listening to what their clients were trying to do and could translate that well into the final product. They were more interested in listening to what we wanted our business to achieve rather than just spouting off their past accomplishments.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in 2019 and have done almost a dozen videos with them. Each one takes anywhere from 4–6 weeks to produce, but it depends on the project.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It’s hard to translate our advertising results strictly into sales, but we’re able to gauge the success of our brand awareness through how many views we get on our LinkedIn posts and videos.
How did Ignite Media perform from a project management standpoint?
The team uses a series of communication tools to collaborate with us, including Skype. They often keep me checked in on a project, providing flowcharts with constant updates of where they’re at with a task. They also juggle multiple projects as one ends and another begins.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The biggest takeaway I’ve found is that they’re really involved from a listening standpoint. They want to learn about our company almost as if they were becoming an extension of it, which is refreshing for someone as busy as myself. I don’t have a lot of time to review projects, so I appreciate that they’re good at paying attention to what we need and catering to our goals.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could improve on their pricing! That’s kind of a joke, but then again, I wouldn’t be doing my job correctly if I weren’t asking for better deals. Other than that, they’re an easy company to work with. The team continues to be responsive when I’m reaching out to them for feedback or have questions about a project.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
If you’re going to work with them, you need to really dig into what you’re looking to do. Don’t just stay on the surface because Ignite Media is going to ask for specifics so that they can home in on where you want to go.
Ask yourself: what’s your ideal state with your marketing or advertising? Why are you trying to do something? What are you doing now that isn’t working? And, what are some of the things that you’ve done in the past that haven’t gotten you where you need to go?
You've got to do your homework around what the results should be or they’ll come back and tell you that they can’t help you. Do your due diligence.

We were looking to promote our new contactless chip feature for our debit cards.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to show the ease of how using a contactless card could benefit anyone who makes everyday debit purchases, especially during COVID times. We also wanted to promote some of our local small businesses by shooting the videos at their spots so they could use them to promote themselves.

We've had a long-standing relationship with Ignite and have used them for several projects, not just video. This was an extensive planning process, and Ignite was an easy choice for their dedication to exceeding expectations with each project.

The production team worked with us from start to finish to write the scripts, contacting vendors for filming, finding talent for the videos, planning the times to shoot, and executing the filming of each location. After filming, they were fast in the editing process of returning quality content that we will be able to use for multiple outlets.

We have not officially released the videos to our public yet, but are excited to see the feedback and success once they are. All videos we have worked on in the past have received consistently good feedback from viewers.

Our website had over two hundred images that were carefully categorized and easily featured on the website.
The images and narratives were placed in several creative catalogs for viewing. Very cool and very innovative.
