• Custom design layout, responsive design and development including modern and clean structure

• uploading all content images, videos, making it live. 
• Web hosting and maintenance to ensure that the site is up-to-date. 
• Transfer all existing data to new site, adding many more photos.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are thrilled with the look of our website and Fivensen Studios L.L.C. They are the ultimate professional web development company. Their response time was usually less than a day. We communicated very well in terms of having our requests completed (and without detailed instructions, they intuitively know what we are seeking). We are gardeners, and sometimes make unusual requests which they always honor with patience and humor. We love this company and highly recommend them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As a 501(c)(3) we have very little money to spend on our website. Because of that status, they gave us a nice discount on the overall design, and continue to discount our fees since we have lost membership due to Covid.

No, they are perfect!

We hired Fivenson Studios upgrade our existing website. We wanted to have a responsive design to make the website compatible with all handheld devices. We wanted a fresh, new look with new photos and descriptions. We wanted it built on WordPress so that we could maintain it in the future.

I googled web designers in the Ann Arbor area and found several. Fivenson Studios was offering a 50% discount for non-profits and promised to deliver within 2 months. I really connected with Chris Fivenson and knew he would be great to work with.

I worked exclusively with Chris Fivenson. He is the owner of Fivenson Studios. He worked with a team of developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We received a lot of positive feedback from our church members. This new website makes live streaming our worship services much easier. We really like the link to our Google Calendar. The site is easy to navigate and provides a fresh, updated online presence for our church. We funded this with a grant from the Michigan Conference of the United Church of Christ. The conference officials were also very pleased with the outcome.

We communicated via email and phone calls frequently. Fivenson Studios exceeded our expectations in their timeliness of completing this project. They were very understanding of my limited technical knowledge and provided a custom video on how to maintain our site. They have provided free maintenance on small adjustments. I appreciated all the internal testing they did of the website design and functionality with focus groups.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed with their expertise and personal attention. They hit the ground running to ensure timely delivery of our website design. They are creative, innovative, responsive, and I highly recommend them. Excellent experience!!

They did everything 100% to my satisfaction.

I am the owner and sole operator of a dog walking and pet sitting service. I provide a range of in-home pet care services to area clients.

When I started my business, I hired Fivenson Studios to help with my logo design and branding. My goal was to have a logo and brand that aligned with my company's vision and values.

I did an initial online search and reached out to several local design companies after reading their reviews on Google. I found that the customer service that Fivenson Studios provided from the very start of my search was unmatched by any of the other design agencies I contacted.

To start, the team at Fivenson Studios interviewed me to determine what my goals and budget were for the project. Once we were in agreement about what I was looking for in my logo and overall brand, they got started right away.

They delivered several logo designs, from which I narrowed it down to one. They were responsive to any requested changes, and the logo was completed within a few weeks. They used the finished logo, and the information that I had provided, to come up with a comprehensive branding guide as well.

I worked with two members of the company's team, one was the owner of the company and the other was a member of the design team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I am continually being complimented for the professionalism and appearance of my logo. The quality of the work definitely helps me stand out as a true professional in a field where there are a lot of hobbyists. I have grown my business substantially since I started two years ago, despite the pet care industry taking a major downturn through much of the coronavirus pandemic.

The team at Fivenson Studios communicated regularly with me via phone and email (my preferred method of communication). We were in touch at least weekly, and they were very communicative about all of the updates to the project. Responses to my questions and/or feedback were very timely, often within a matter of hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Fivenson Studios provided a customer service experience that is hard to find these days. They were kind and responsive listeners who valued what I had to say. Their outstanding service, combined with the high quality of the work they did, was something that I won't forget.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I was highly satisfied with their work, I only wish I had other projects I needed to hire them for.
