The project included the design and development of a new custom WordPress website for Brush Neuropsychology Services, PLLC. The goal was to create a clean, modern, patient-friendly website that communicates trusted expertise, reflects the practice’s values, and helps prospective clients understand available services and take the next step toward scheduling. 

The project began with a content audit and design strategy phase, including review of the practice’s existing content library and sitemap. Fivenson Studios helped consolidate this material into a more focused 8–10 page website structure designed to improve clarity, usability, and conversion. This phase also included strategic page planning, guidance around calls-to-action, and Figma design mockups aligned with the BNS brand values of empathy, accessibility, and empowerment. Design approval was completed before development began. The second phase included full website development and implementation. Fivenson Studios built the approved design in WordPress, entered and formatted approved content, integrated the SimplePractice patient portal, and completed quality assurance testing prior to deployment. 

Main deliverables included a custom WordPress website aligned with the Brush Neuropsychology Services brand identity; an 8–10 page streamlined website structure; SimplePractice patient portal integration for online scheduling; strong calls-to-action throughout the site; fully responsive design for mobile, tablet, and desktop use; cross-browser compatibility across major browsers; SEO-friendly site structure aligned with modern search and AI/LLM discovery practices; and Google Analytics integration with behavior monitoring tools to support ongoing website optimization.

Key outcomes included SimplePractice integration, sitewide calls-to-action, responsive mobile/tablet/desktop design, cross-browser compatibility, completed quality assurance testing, SEO-friendly structure, and Google Analytics/behavior tracking to measure traffic, engagement, and conversions.

When creating a website for a construction company the first impression is the only impression you have for your clients and thus team hit the nail right on the head. They went above and beyond on everything! Designed the logo, creative website, easy navigation for my clients with resulting in me gaining more clients.

I would always see high traffic through google for how many visitors I had on my website and would compare it to the number of inquires people made using my website. The engagement began with a full discovery session, followed by a complete website redesign: new site architecture, mobile-responsive layouts, updated copy, and refreshed brand visuals implemented on WordPress. Once launched, the team performed a technical SEO audit, corrected crawl errors, optimized page speed to help us rank in different cities in Washtenaw county.

We are thrilled with the look of our website and Fivensen Studios L.L.C. They are the ultimate professional web development company. Their response time was usually less than a day. We communicated very well in terms of having our requests completed (and without detailed instructions, they intuitively know what we are seeking). We are gardeners, and sometimes make unusual requests which they always honor with patience and humor. We love this company and highly recommend them.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We received a lot of positive feedback from our church members. This new website makes live streaming our worship services much easier. We really like the link to our Google Calendar. The site is easy to navigate and provides a fresh, updated online presence for our church. We funded this with a grant from the Michigan Conference of the United Church of Christ. The conference officials were also very pleased with the outcome.

We communicated via email and phone calls frequently. Fivenson Studios exceeded our expectations in their timeliness of completing this project. They were very understanding of my limited technical knowledge and provided a custom video on how to maintain our site. They have provided free maintenance on small adjustments. I appreciated all the internal testing they did of the website design and functionality with focus groups.

They delivered several logo designs, from which I narrowed it down to one. They were responsive to any requested changes, and the logo was completed within a few weeks. They used the finished logo, and the information that I had provided, to come up with a comprehensive branding guide as well.
