When creating a website for a construction company the first impression is the only impression you have for your clients and thus team hit the nail right on the head. They went above and beyond on everything! Designed the logo, creative website, easy navigation for my clients with resulting in me gaining more clients.

I would always see high traffic through google for how many visitors I had on my website and would compare it to the number of inquires people made using my website. The one comment I love hearing from customers is how user friendly my website is and how professional my logo is. The team is great that I use them for everything till this day!

Always on the top of it. I never felt that my project was delayed or devalued compared to another project. They do a great job keeping me updated throughout the process and really capture my vision for the message I wanted sent out.

Created 3 unique packaging concepts based on AI images of packaging I liked. From there, we refined a final idea by incorporating elements from all three concepts and finalized it into complete packaging file deliverables.

We have also returned for new product packaging design based on this first design.

Fivenson Studios partnered with our local business to modernize our online presence and boost search visibility. The engagement began with a full discovery session, followed by a complete website redesign: new site architecture, mobile-responsive layouts, updated copy, and refreshed brand visuals implemented on WordPress. Once launched, the team performed a technical SEO audit, corrected crawl errors, optimized page speed to help us rank in different cities in Washtenaw county.

The new site works smoothly on phones and tablets, so customers can reach us with just a tap, and we’ve seen a steady rise in contact-form submissions and phone calls. Our search rankings moved up across the board, several main keywords jumped from the 5-7 pages to page one and, for the first time, we’re showing up in the search results for nearby cities that never listed us before.

We are thrilled with the look of our website and Fivensen Studios L.L.C. They are the ultimate professional web development company. Their response time was usually less than a day. We communicated very well in terms of having our requests completed (and without detailed instructions, they intuitively know what we are seeking). We are gardeners, and sometimes make unusual requests which they always honor with patience and humor. We love this company and highly recommend them.

As a 501(c)(3) we have very little money to spend on our website. Because of that status, they gave us a nice discount on the overall design, and continue to discount our fees since we have lost membership due to Covid.

We hired Fivenson Studios upgrade our existing website. We wanted to have a responsive design to make the website compatible with all handheld devices. We wanted a fresh, new look with new photos and descriptions. We wanted it built on WordPress so that we could maintain it in the future.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We received a lot of positive feedback from our church members. This new website makes live streaming our worship services much easier. We really like the link to our Google Calendar. The site is easy to navigate and provides a fresh, updated online presence for our church. We funded this with a grant from the Michigan Conference of the United Church of Christ. The conference officials were also very pleased with the outcome.

We communicated via email and phone calls frequently. Fivenson Studios exceeded our expectations in their timeliness of completing this project. They were very understanding of my limited technical knowledge and provided a custom video on how to maintain our site. They have provided free maintenance on small adjustments. I appreciated all the internal testing they did of the website design and functionality with focus groups.

I was impressed with their expertise and personal attention. They hit the ground running to ensure timely delivery of our website design. They are creative, innovative, responsive, and I highly recommend them. Excellent experience!!

To start, the team at Fivenson Studios interviewed me to determine what my goals and budget were for the project. Once we were in agreement about what I was looking for in my logo and overall brand, they got started right away.

They delivered several logo designs, from which I narrowed it down to one. They were responsive to any requested changes, and the logo was completed within a few weeks. They used the finished logo, and the information that I had provided, to come up with a comprehensive branding guide as well.

I worked with two members of the company's team, one was the owner of the company and the other was a member of the design team.

I am continually being complimented for the professionalism and appearance of my logo. The quality of the work definitely helps me stand out as a true professional in a field where there are a lot of hobbyists. I have grown my business substantially since I started two years ago, despite the pet care industry taking a major downturn through much of the coronavirus pandemic.

We were in touch at least weekly, and they were very communicative about all of the updates to the project. Responses to my questions and/or feedback were very timely, often within a matter of hours.

Fivenson Studios provided a customer service experience that is hard to find these days. They were kind and responsive listeners who valued what I had to say. Their outstanding service, combined with the high quality of the work they did, was something that I won't forget.
