Please include a summary of key deliverables.DigitalCPR’s scope of work was broad, yet impressively focused. From the onset, they worked closely with us to audit our existing platform touchpoints, including the marketing site, user dashboard, and onboarding funnel. This included a series of strategic workshops where their team dove deep into the mindset of our users, contractors, architects, engineers, and project managers, to understand pain points and areas of opportunity. The core deliverables included:1. A full redesign of our homepage and core product pages, positioning Plannerly as a confident leader in the BIM space without overcomplicating the message.2. Development of an interactive onboarding experience, designed to reduce friction for first-time users and help them reach their "aha" moment faster.3. Optimization of our resource library and knowledge base to support our growing demand for self-service learning.4. Technical enhancements, including improvements to page load speed, mobile responsiveness, and the integration of analytics tools that allow us to better track user engagement and drop-off points.5. Seamless collaboration with our internal development and product teams to ensure that all code handed off was production-ready and easy to maintain.Every piece they delivered was crafted with purpose, and what truly stood out was how invested they became in our mission. They weren’t just shipping features, they were co-building an experience with us.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success? The outcomes from our collaboration were immediate and tangible. While we don’t rely on hard percentages here, the changes led to a marked improvement in user activation and engagement, particularly among first-time visitors. Our support team noted a noticeable reduction in basic onboarding questions, a direct reflection of the clarity and usability built into the redesigned experience. Our marketing team reported higher conversion rates from key landing pages, and internal teams appreciated how intuitive the new backend and content management systems were to use. More importantly, the visual storytelling and interactive flows they developed helped us explain complex BIM concepts in a friendly, digestible way, which aligned perfectly with our mission.Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs? In terms of project management, DigitalCPR was exceptional. Their team set clear milestones, communicated regularly, and used collaborative tools like Figma, and Slack to keep everyone aligned. There was never ambiguity about where things stood or who was responsible. They had a remarkable ability to listen deeply to feedback, iterate quickly, and maintain momentum without sacrificing quality. Their level of responsiveness, even during high-pressure sprints, was both calming and empowering. What was your primary form of communication with DigitalCPR Design and Venture Studio?Virtual MeetingWhat did you find most impressive or unique about this company? What stood out the most about DigitalCPR was their hybrid mindset. They weren’t just "creatives" or "developers", they were strategic builders. They understood brand, UX, technical performance, and business value, and they operated at that intersection fluidly. This kind of multidimensional thinking is incredibly rare in a partner. We wholeheartedly recommend DigitalCPR Design and Venture Studio to any company looking to take their digital product experience to the next level, especially those operating in complex or technical spaces like ours. They are thoughtful, talented, and deeply committed to delivering work that drives real outcomes. If you're looking for a team that won’t just design and develop for you, but will think and build with you, DigitalCPR is the partner you’ve been looking for.Are there any areas for improvement or something DigitalCPR Design and Venture Studio could have done differently? If there’s one area of improvement we could suggest, it would be their ability to scale bandwidth during moments when we wanted to accelerate even faster. Given how impressed we were with their core team, we often found ourselves wishing there were three more of them. That said, they were honest about their bandwidth and always transparent about timelines, which allowed us to plan realistically and avoid surprises.

Their designers and developers didn’t just build a website, they worked to capture the warmth of Westgate hospitality in digital form. Their attention to storytelling, accessibility, and brand coherence made every page extension of our guest-first philosophy. Are there any areas for improvement or something DigitalCPR Design and Venture Studio could have done differently? If any improvement could be suggested, we’d encourage even earlier involvement of our on-property teams during ideation. Site features showcasing team member stories and local insider tips were so well-designed that we’d have gladly devoted more internal resources earlier to scale this content further. This was a minor note and speaks to the eagerness with which the Westgate organization would collaborate with them again.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success? The impact of the website relaunch was visible almost immediately, not only in terms of engagement metrics but in stakeholder reactions.Visitors stayed longer. Our analytics showed that users were spending more time on key product and solution pages. This was a direct reflection of improved navigation and richer, more compelling content layouts. The site supported more conversations. Our sales team reported that prospects were arriving to meetings with a clearer understanding of what HealthSnap offered. Many referenced specific visuals, workflows, or case studies they saw on the new site, something that never happened with the old version.Increased content flexibility. Our marketing team finally had the autonomy to build landing pages, update thought leadership content, and manage platform updates without bottlenecks. This enabled faster campaign rollouts and more agile marketing.Performance metrics improved. The new site loaded significantly faster, especially on mobile, and passed all of our internal technical performance benchmarks. This had downstream benefits for SEO, conversions, and overall trust. But perhaps the most important outcome was that the site finally felt like a true digital representation of who we are and what we do.Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?DigitalCPR's project management was strong from start to finish. They set clear timelines and milestones at the outset, and they adhered to them without sacrificing quality. We had weekly check-ins, supported by project tracking tools that gave us visibility into current tasks, upcoming deliverables, and dependencies. Communication was open, respectful, and solution-oriented. They made it easy to provide feedback, and more importantly, they incorporated that feedback with care and speed. What stood out was their flexibility and responsiveness. At one point, we had to pivot on messaging due to an upcoming product announcement. The team adjusted course without losing momentum, and even proactively suggested how we could leverage the new feature set into the design. What was your primary form of communication with DigitalCPR Design and Venture Studio?Virtual MeetingWhat did you find most impressive or unique about this company?DigitalCPR brings a rare blend of product thinking, healthcare understanding, and design excellence to the table. They weren’t just building a website, they were building a digital extension of our brand, our message, and our value. What was most unique is how they humanized the complexity of our platform. Remote care delivery, AI-guided coordination, population analytics, these aren’t simple topics. Yet the site they built made these concepts feel clear, actionable, and relevant. They did this without oversimplifying or turning our offerings into generic tech buzzwords. Also, their genuine care for the success of the project came through in every meeting. We never felt like “just another client.” They treated our platform like it mattered, because it does.We wholeheartedly recommend DigitalCPR Design and Venture Studio to any healthcare organization or any company that needs a world-class web presence grounded in strategy, storytelling, and performance. They don’t just design websites. They build digital experiences that move people to act, that clarify complex value propositions, and that scale with your organization. Their team is smart, agile, thoughtful, and deeply invested in delivering results. If you’re looking for a partner that blends design sensibility with strategic clarity and technical reliability, DigitalCPR is the team you want on your sideAre there any areas for improvement or something DigitalCPR Design and Venture Studio could have done differently? The only slight improvement we’d suggest would be around post-launch optimization cycles. While they did provide a solid handoff and transition plan, we would have loved a more structured follow-up phase a few weeks after launch, perhaps a dedicated sprint for data-based adjustments as users interacted with the new site. That said, they remained accessible and responsive when we reached out for help.

Before writing a single line of code, their team conducted stakeholder interviews with our product managers, customer support reps, and even a few end-users from our client base. That initial discovery phase alone made it clear that they were committed to designing not just for what we asked, but for what our users needed.Scope of Work and Key Deliverables Included:-User Journey Mapping & UX Redesign: They completely restructured the way users navigate key flows, particularly measurements, proposals, and payments. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?DigitalCPR's project management was among the best we’ve experienced. Their team worked in agile sprints, with bi-weekly standups and clear milestone tracking via ClickUp. Every phase had structured timelines, buffer zones for QA, and collaborative review sessions. Communication was open and honest, if something was delayed or needed reevaluation, they informed us early and provided alternative solutions. Their developers were just as comfortable in strategy meetings as they were debugging code, which made the entire engagement feel collaborative and aligned. What was your primary form of communication with DigitalCPR Design and Venture Studio?Virtual MeetingWhat did you find most impressive or unique about this company? What impressed us most was how holistic and user-centric their approach was. DigitalCPR didn’t just design a better interface, they thought deeply about how roofing professionals interact with technology under real job-site conditions. For instance, they suggested enlarging touch targets on mobile for gloved hands and simplifying multi-step forms into progressive flows that could be saved mid-task. These aren’t changes you make unless you truly understand the day-to-day lives of your users. Their ability to combine elegant design with real-world utility was remarkable. Also, they took ownership of outcomes. We never felt like we were managing an agency, we felt like we had expanded our internal team with high-caliber talent that was just as invested in our product’s success as we were.We wholeheartedly recommend DigitalCPR Design and Venture Studio to any company, especially those in the SaaS or operational tools space, looking for more than just a web development agency. Working with them has not only elevated the quality of our platform but has deepened the way we think about user experience as a business. If you're seeking a partner who will challenge assumptions, advocate for your users, and deliver real, measurable value, DigitalCPR is the team you want. Are there any areas for improvement or something DigitalCPR Design and Venture Studio could have done differently? If we had to suggest one area of improvement, it would be around post-launch analytics. While the initial implementation and testing were robust, we would have appreciated a slightly deeper handover around usage tracking, like pre-set dashboards in Mixpanel or guidance on interpreting behavioural data. That said, once we flagged this, their team jumped back in and helped us set up key tracking events retroactively, so it didn’t become a lasting pain point.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success? While it’s still early to evaluate long-term impact across all markets, several tangible outcomes have already been realized:Improved guest engagement: Guests now complete bookings faster, and exit rates from key pages have decreased.Streamlined franchisee access: Internal user satisfaction with the franchisee portal tools has significantly improved, based on post-launch surveys.Faster site performance: Page load times dropped significantly across core geographies, enhancing the mobile experience especially in bandwidth-limited regions.Consistency across markets: Brand identity is now more cohesive, even in highly localized environments, without sacrificing regional authenticity.Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?DigitalCPR exhibited a rare combination of agility and structure. They communicated proactively, set clear timelines, and consistently met or exceeded deadlines, even with overlapping sprints and scope refinements. What stood out was their responsiveness: whether it was a last-minute change request or clarification needed for a stakeholder demo, they handled every curveball with professionalism and grace. We particularly appreciated their use of collaborative tools and regular milestone reporting. They treated our internal teams not as clients, but as partners. That made a world of difference. What was your primary form of communication with DigitalCPR Design and Venture Studio?Virtual MeetingWhat did you find most impressive or unique about this company? What truly separates DigitalCPR Design and Venture Studio is their blend of strategic thinking with empathetic execution. They didn’t just “build what we asked for”, they challenged assumptions, proposed smarter workflows, and anticipated the needs of our end users before we fully articulated them.Their understanding of how technology can enable hospitality at scale was both intuitive and practical. Their design thinking was informed by actual guest behavior and franchisee use cases, not just abstract aesthetics. Are there any areas for improvement or something DigitalCPR Design and Venture Studio could have done differently? If there’s one area where we’d suggest refinement, it would be documentation hand-off. While their documentation was thorough, a few of our regional teams needed additional onboarding to interpret technical details. A more structured documentation walkthrough could further strengthen the transition process, especially for less technical stakeholders. That said, the DigitalCPR team was quick to provide follow-up support and make adjustments when this need was identified.

Although their team did an excellent job of understanding our needs, we could have benefited from even more detailed prototyping and wireframing early on. This would have given us a clearer vision of how the website would evolve, allowing us to make decisions on specific design elements sooner.
