Wayne Media partnered with Longevity Health Institute to provide full-service marketing and media support. Their scope of work includes content strategy, video production, and digital marketing to expand our brand presence and reach new patients. A key part of their work has been the production of our podcast, The Deep Six, where they manage recording, editing, and distribution to ensure a high-quality, professional final product. Their creative team has also supported us in developing engaging campaigns and multimedia content that align with our mission and values.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Wayne Media helps Longevity Health Institute achieve measurable growth by tracking patient engagement, social media reach, lead generation, and podcast performance. For example, they monitor increases in new patient leads generated through digital campaigns, growth in social engagement across platforms, and steady increases in The Deep Six podcast downloads and listener base. Using the EOS framework, they set quarterly “Rocks” that translate our larger business objectives into clear, measurable priorities—such as boosting podcast subscribers by a set percentage, improving conversion rates from digital ads, or expanding overall brand visibility. This structured system keeps both teams aligned, accountable, and consistently moving toward long-term success.

Wayne Media has been highly responsive to our needs, consistently meeting us where we are—whether through virtual or in-person meetings, quick email responses, or text support. They’ve delivered every project and item on time, often ahead of schedule, and always with clear communication throughout the process. Their reliability and accessibility have made them a trusted extension of our team.

What I find most impressive about Wayne Media is how their core values are reflected in everything they do. Their leadership team is not only skilled but also highly intentional, ensuring our goals are always aligned. By leveraging the EOS model, they bring structure, accountability, and clarity to each project. Most importantly, the quality of their work consistently feels high-end—professional, creative, and results-driven—which makes them stand out as a true partner rather than just a vendor.

At this time, we don’t see any areas of improvement. Wayne Media has consistently met or exceeded our expectations in every aspect of their work.

I’m the sales manager of Allied Siding & Roofing, a construction company. We provide siding, roofing, and decking services for homeowners in Southeast Michigan, specializing in high-quality materials and craftsmanship for complete exterior home transformations.

We needed to have a steady, healthy stream of leads that we could convert.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Wayne Media Group has built our website and manages our SEO and PPC. They also run our socials and shoot videos for us. The team has provided us with a new website, video content, social media posts, and runs our PPC and LSA campaigns.

We started working with Wayne Media Group in February 2024, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen an increase across the board in everything we’ve been doing. Our PPC has always been a challenge in the James Hardie space. Our conversion rate has significantly increased, and the quality of those leads is very good. In the last year, we’ve had about 55% growth in sales, and Wayne Media Group has played a huge part in this.

When Wayne Media Group says they will do something, they always do it. I’ve enjoyed every person at Wayne Media Group; Rob (CEO) has cultivated a culture of excellence. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

They’ve systematized everything to ensure they hit their dates. Everything is thought out and planned for approval. When we want to go in a different direction, they’re very flexible. They tell us the pros and cons. Wayne Media Group is a highly competent team.
