      They conducted project management really well. During our first month, we figured out how to communicate, and they were easier to do this with than other companies I’ve worked with in the past. We communicated through occasional emails and phone calls, but mainly through in-person meetings. Their co-founder has an intuitive approach to the customer service. They were calm about delivering their work and deadline driven, but never pressured us for anything.
