While we’re one of the largest practices in our area, we weren't getting any referrals from the Internet. A website analysis done by a local university flagged a lot of weaknesses. We needed help to make our site more relevant, show up in organic searches, and begin generating referrals.

They started by creating content for our site and social media channels (Facebook and Twitter). They create and post the majority of content for us. We’d create internal posts from the office, such as a photo of a client getting adjusted. ProFromGo produced research-driven articles related to our industry and world events. Once we decided to move forward with the medical integration of the practice, we asked them to help us with a rebranding project. We're actually in the process of finishing that now. They’re working on everything from a logo concept, to a new website, and working on a new SEO strategy. They also added an auto-scheduler and a pop-up box on the homepage to help visitors make an appointment.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re seeing an increase of 900% of people visiting our site and clicking on links. In the past, we rarely had anyone cite the website as to how they learned about us. We get a lot of word of mouth referrals. We know that people often go online and research the company once they learn about us, and use the website to get our phone number or make an appointment.

How did ProFromGo Internet Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re super responsive. We’re the ones that hold decisions up and slows things down. For example, I have in my inbox the last version of our site. They got it to me on time, and are waiting for me to do a final proofread and give the okay to go live. Whenever we made modifications or wanted to try new things, they're always willing and ready. They bring us ideas that we wouldn't have thought of on our own. They evolve with us as our business has evolved.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I really appreciate the accessibility of the leadership team. If I need them for anything, they respond really fast. They're honest, and willing to let us know if something we tried isn’t working. I really like that they're transparent and accountable.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s been a learning curve about the content they post. One of the articles they proposed at the beginning was about massage therapy, for example, which we don’t offer. Or the content generated ads for other similar medical practices. So there was some work necessary on our end to help them target the right content, but they learn very quickly. After a few weeks of reviewing their proposed posts, they got to a place where they know what’s okay and what isn’t.

I’m a senior compliance and executive officer for the National Animal Supplement Council (NASC). We’re a nonprofit organization that advocates for animal supplement regulations.

We had a bad experience with previous web developers who were supposed to complete our sites within three months. However, the process extended to six months, and they didn’t build the sites according to our agreed objectives. We needed resources to revamp two WordPress sites and refine our product tracking system to include our desired functionalities.

Initially, we conducted weekly conversations to assess our sites and identify potential pain points, including SEO compliance, graphics updates, and areas where we could improve efficiency. They completed and published two WordPress sites: renovating our main NASC site and its members-only section as well as our annual conference site. Their modifications and recommendations substantially improved efficiencies within our organization, reducing our content upload and revision times by 50%. We also streamlined our marketing workflow with HubSpot, which automated portions of our prospective outreach efforts.

Externally, we received a lot of positive feedback from our 250 members about the new site. They praise the site’s user-friendly functions and overall design.

I wasn’t involved with the software as much as one of our other employees, but I know that they used a project management platform to track task status and timelines. In terms of communication, their co-founder communicated consistently to ensure that they completed the project to our satisfaction—it was a much-appreciated personal touch.

In addition to their straightforwardness, they articulated the terms of the project in a comprehensive way: the current progress, what needed to happen, and what they would do to meet the deadline. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They're a small company and can easily adapt to our needs despite the fact that we have a lot of competing initiatives and projects. They've been great at helping us see the technical side of marketing and handle the multilingual components of our website, finding some out-of-the-box solutions. We're a manufacturing company and can't spend a lot on marketing, but they have very affordable rates.

Last year, we had a business project that emerged out of the blue. We needed help with our website and ProFromGo came up with the right solutions that were based on the size of our business and helped us improve sales within our market.

How did they perform from a project management standpoint?

They update us monthly on the status of the project and created Google solutions that work great for project management. Besides, they're patient and flexible. I'm very pleased with them.

I enjoy working with them. They're a small agency and give us custom solutions. As a manufacturer, we have a lot of unique business needs in terms of how we reach out to our customers and connect with them. Our customers are not always tech savvy, so we need to both leverage the new technology and understand how our customers can adopt that technology. ProFromGo helped us leverage social media in a way that is totally different from the practices a large B2C company would implement, but it’s still impactful and allows us to connect with our customers.

Be clear about your expectations. One of our challenges is that we don't always know what we want to get out of our marketing spend. We're trying to be as clear as possible with ProFromGo so that they know what direction they need to go.

Tom Brown owned an outdated website that was not effective at marketing its products. We needed help to redesign the website and to create a digital strategy to grow the business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ProFromGo initiated a discovery stage to research major markets of interest, competing vendors and products, and consumer behavior. They drafted a plan of action and improved UX/UI to better showcase our products.Their team generates and edits content such as blogs, eBooks, short segment videos, and used SEO best practices for keywords. They also experimented with Google AdWords and created a weekly social media schedule to organize various publications, research on sources, and write Facebook and LinkedIn posts. The team created an agreed upon sales process to define the stages in the selling cycle and continues to refine a sales enablement campaign that uses HubSpot to tie responses directly to the CRM system.

Their sales enablement campaign garners a significant amount of leads and in many cases, closed deals. The UX/UI improvements led made product search intuitive and easier for users. 

How did perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team created a purposed timeline, detailed the scope of work, and produced all deliverables on time so far. We communicate daily through email and they meet with us before every quarterly business review to ensure improvements are on track. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

ProFromGo’s thought process to find solutions is impressive and their execution is sound. They provide quantifiable metrics through increased leads. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t see any need for improvement, but they could use more employees as they grow.

Make sure to know your market plan, sales plan, what the major markets are, which markets you want to invest in, and the players in those markets to make it easier for ProFromGo to tailor a strategy for the business.
