They worked with a few higher education groups before, but when they sat down with us, Purdue is a little on the unique side. It is really about getting to know the client, digging in-depth. Even before we signed the contract with them, they looked through our site and found some things, in preliminary data grabs of looking at how people were using the site, and came up with a lot of insights before we even sat down and signed anything.
