Savage Innovations utilized flow charts and technical requirements to establish the foundation of our core "RGS" (Remote Gaming Server) software. Recognizing the inadequacy of our previous proof of concept work to handle volume at scale, we enlisted Savage Innovations for assistance, they quickly addressed these limitations, and built from the ground up. Upon the completion of their work, we underwent independent third-party testing, a mandatory step in the regulated gambling sector. 
Due to Savage Innovations we successfully passed the initial test, a feat not commonly achieved due to the intricate nature of regulations. Savage Innovations constructed a robust framework that has been the cornerstone of ongoing enhancements since the conclusion of our project. I am thoroughly impressed with the results and will utilize Savage Innovations for future projects.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We needed to have a scalable framework to handle future enhancements and increases in api volume. In addition to quality work we needed to pass independant lab testings, so that we would be given a certification to go-live in regulated gambling markets. Savage Innovations delivered on both fronts, on time, and under budget.

Savage Innovations was able to coordinate a passover of knowledge in order to work relatively independently, enabling me and my team to focus on other items. They delivered regular through updates, keeping me informed of progress and allowing me to give any needed feedback to ensure the best possible outcome.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They did a great job recommending the correct technical stack that has allowed us to scale with no technical limitations. In addition to this, they worked quickly, independently, and efficiently, ensuring a successful project within our budget. Other outside firms I have worked with focus on increasing the number of billable hours but what sets Savage Innovations apart is that they focused on a great outcome for us, recommending efficiencies and time savings.

No. Savage Innovations exceeded our high standards on all fronts.

Savage Innovations was tasked with figuring out the hardest parts of our MVP in order for us to focus early stage funds on tackling the biggest software or development challenges. For example, videos delivered via text to an android and iOS are different, Savage helped us figure out full MVP testing including hardware selection and web product delivery to the end user, and everything in between. 

We viewed them truly as an outsourced engineering department that we could be vulnerable with. No funds were wasted on learning curve as they were always directly in tune with what we were looking to get out of our development dollars spend.

Savage was solicited to build an easy to use mobile app that would be used primarily by our employees and customers as their main tool for conducting all forms of related business. Savage was also responsible for building our web version of the app along with our company website. Their team was able to assist us further by creating specific programs used almost daily for calculating material payouts and unit totals.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are able to monitor the number of active monthly users along with total traffic volume to the app and the websites. Additionally, the program they provided us for our calculations has proved extremely useful as we are able to see, down to the penny, how much was spent on all material along with profits made per lot shipped.
