Excite Health Partners
Excite Health Partners, a national provider of healthcare technology solutions, has offered consulting services to more than 275 hospitals across the United States since 2010. Their solutions are tailored for Health Information Management (HIM) and Health Information Technology (HIT). Their website needed to better communicate those solutions as well as include a new, customized job board.
Company 119 built a dynamic job board that, while extensive, allows applicants to easily find and apply to their perfect position. Job seekers can filter listings by position or title as well as location or work type to help pinpoint their search. This job board was built to be easily managed by the Excite Health Partners team—saving them hours of time and frustration.
The site design also makes it easy for a user to navigate the depth of content, resources, and career opportunities within the HIM and HIT industries, while keeping the Excite Health Partners brand strong and consistent throughout the entire experience.
The new site has streamlined daily tasks related to managing the job board and allows the Excite Health partners team more freedom and flexibility to manage the website internally. More so, the site serves as an extension of their brand and helps bring their healthcare solutions to new providers across the country.

Wyatt Works Video Marketing
WyattWorks Plumbing has been serving the Cleveland area for more than 35 years and has a strong reputation for its customer service and reliability. However, even with a devoted local client base, WyattWorks realized several years ago that they needed to invest in digital marketing for their home services business.
One of their biggest challenges as a family-owned plumbing business was conveying their brand through digital media. From the outside, they were just another plumbing company—not a close-knit family business run by real people who care about their clients. This is a challenge for many local plumbing businesses: How do you show people that you aren’t part of a big national chain, but a small, locally-owned company that has served the same families for decades?
For WyattWorks, digital video was a way to pull back the curtain and reveal the family behind the name, and it became a major component of their new website design by Company 119. Their videos show the real people behind the WyattWorks name, give potential clients a sense of safety, comfort, and trust in the company, convey their plumbing expertise with a family feel, and showcase the work environment and its benefits for new employees.

The Gutter Boys
The Gutter Boys provides a range of gutter services to homeowners in Northeast and Central Ohio. Their new website needed to provide greater organization and function for their business while containing highly localized content.
To do this, Company 119 used technology that would dynamically change the content on the page—including the photos and phone numbers—based on the user’s IP address. These subtle changes help to immediately show a user that The Gutter Boys is a local business serving their area. Every page has at least three different calls to action visible at any time, making it easy for a site visitor to take the next step.
Instead of trying to shoehorn what they needed into a template, The Gutter Boys trusted Company 119 to build a site with their goals in mind. The spring of 2021, with their new website live, ended up being the best season in the company’s history, with a 25.39% increase in site visits and a 94.57% increase in organic search visits.

Petitti Garden Centers
Petitti Garden Centers began over 40 years ago and is known for its unmatched plant selection and horticultural knowledge. While designing and developing their new site, Company 119 worked extensively with the Petitti marketing team to ensure it did justice to the remarkable brand they have established.
We created a sleek, vibrant website design that not only conveyed important information for customers—like store hours, sales, and specials—but showcased the unique Petitti brand and employee expertise. The site features a comprehensive plant database. In addition, to respond to a changing business model in the summer of 2020, we developed, built, and integrated an online shopping platform on the website, allowing customers to set their location, select items for purchase, pay with a credit card, and arrange a time to pick up their items in store.
Our work revitalized their digital brand, brought more attention to their plant care expertise, and connected them to a wider audience through an optimized local search presence.

Company 119 designed and developed four brand new websites for Flynn Restaurant Group corporate, Apple American, Bell American, and Pan American. A bold color scheme featuring large visuals was carried throughout all the sites, making them feel cohesive and unified. The goal of each site was to strongly communicate Flynn’s unique growth story, approach to management, and support for their own employees and the community.
The newly designed website for Flynn Restaurant Group elevates their online presence to match their reputation as the premier restaurant franchisee in the United States, as well as serves as the digital foundation of their online marketing and hiring efforts.

Geauga Park District Web Design Project
The greatest resource Geauga County, Ohio has to offer is its natural beauty. From wooded areas to quiet lakes to hiking trails and even marshes, it’s hard to find the kind of natural diversity that exists in Geauga County. The Geauga Park District is not only competing against other parks, but it’s also competing against technology. Looking for a new way to take the great outdoors digital, the Geauga Park District turned to the team at Company 119.
How do you capture all of the stories that are told on 10,000 acres across 22 open parks? It’s a big undertaking but one that Company 119 was willing to tackle. The challenge would be to highlight each park individually but still maintain them across one easy-to-navigate site. This site had to be a one-stop shop for all of the information that someone would need when planning a visit to a park. But it had to be more than that. It had to be a pocket tour guide that individuals and families alike could use to plan out and execute their travels in the parks.
The website enhances the park-going experience. The interactive design provides a great user experience and makes looking up activities and planning a trip fun for the whole family. Once at the park, it’s easy to find where to go and what to do. The resources that are available make it feel as if users have their own personal park ranger with them at all times. The merger of nature and tech isn’t always a natural fit, but we think we knocked it out of the park this time.

Rescuing a Non-Profit - Rescue Village
The Geauga Humane Society’s Rescue Village is a safe place for animals who have been abandoned, and we don’t just mean puppies and kittens. The Rescue Village is home to horses, pigs, lizards, goats, snakes, and just about any other species, one could conjure up in their mind. Many of the people who work at Rescue Village are volunteers, and their programs are primarily run with funding from donors. They opened a facility in 2015, and they needed a new site that would showcase the new building as well as all of the adoptable animals that were waiting for a new home.
One look at this site reveals who the stars of the show are. Our Senior Photographer, Jon Klein, had the enviable task of catching the critters at their cuddliest. The headers on the site are large image areas with pictures that change as you view the site. A featured pet section on the bottom of the page is a real-time “who’s who” of the available pets at Rescue Village. Each of the featured pets has an adorable photo above their bio, so prospective families can see their future furry family members before moving forward. Each page is also adorned with pictures of the menagerie of fauna that resides in the village. The site is animals first, just like the facility.
While the award-winning design is one of our favorites here at Company 119, the real gem of this site is the functionality. There are many moving parts, and each of them is exciting and serves a purpose.
The entire site is built on an easy-to-use, easy-to-update content management system, which means that as Rescue Village continues to grow, it will be easy to stay on top of new events, content, pictures, and donation opportunities. The site really captures the spirit of what Rescue Village is all about and gives a great look into what happens when people and animals come together for a great cause.

Leadership Training Web Design - telos
The Telos Institute is a management consulting firm based in Cleveland, helping business and industry leaders hone leadership skills, optimize business strategy, and embrace change as a strategic advantage. They serve many industries and many locations around the world, from large-scale global companies to smaller initiatives.
For the new design, Company 119 featured large, sweeping visuals on the Home page to capture users’ attention and entice them to spend more time on the website. The visuals also speak to the global reach of the company, through images like a large snow-capped mountain range, an aerial view of expansive treetops, and an intricately carved chess set. The site as a whole incorporates a striking, bold use of color and white space to create a very modern style that evokes Telos’ culture and brand.
The simple main navigation is designed to make it very easy for a user to find exactly what he or she needs upon arriving on the site, whether it is information about the company’s services or dates for the well-known Leadership Ventures experiences held by Telos across the globe, from Iceland to the Everest Base Camp in Nepal.
Company 119’s website design for Telos gives the company the online presence it was seeking, showcasing their brand and culture digitally, strengthening their reputation, and communicating their expertise and services.

Site Revamp for Pediatric Speech & Language Therapy Firm
"They were friendly and just generally easy to talk to."

the review
The client submitted this review online.
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am in charge of communications for a private practice of pediatric speech-language pathologists. In addition to providing individual speech and language therapy in a variety of settings, we also offer social skills groups for children and teens. We have approximately 12 permanent employees and some seasonal staff we hire for our summer camp and other special programming.
For what projects/services did your company hire Company 119?
Our LLC had undergone some major restructuring and we actually had two separate websites, one for our healthcare practice and another for social skills groups. These once separate companies are now combined and we needed a new site that could direct traffic for both services to the appropriate information. In order to facilitate this, we needed a brand new design and many updates to the content.
What were your goals for this project?
We needed a user-friendly, rebranded site that could easily direct clients to information on the service they were seeking. We wanted to improve our SEO and have a site that looked like a custom design but was easy to update.
How did you select Company 119?
We directed ourselves to Company 119 when we identified them as the designers of a site that we particularly liked. They were one of three companies that we researched. Their promptness, professionalism and responsiveness combined with a very reasonable quote for our project led us to choose them for the job.
Describe the project in detail.
One of the things that I was most pleased with was Company 119's clear project map which got us from start to finish in a surprisingly short amount of time. Once we agreed to a proposal and signed the agreement, I was immediately put into contact with our Project Manager. We had a Website Kickoff meeting that clearly laid out a plan and deadlines for the project.
We decided that we needed more updated photo content, and were able to schedule a photographer from Company 119 to come to our site and take care of that. Our designer was able to schedule an initial design review in a few weeks., and then we proceeded to send remaining content. Any feedback or updates that I communicated were heard and integrated quickly. We approved and launched the new site about 8 weeks from signing the initial agreement.
What was the team composition?
I worked directly with our Project Manager and Designer.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our former web presence was not meeting our needs and was additionally confusing for clients. We are pleased with the look and functionality of the site, as well as increased traffic and positive feedback from clients.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Clear communication, responsiveness, positivity and patience all come to mind when I think of the workflow on this project. Questions were answered quickly, and if we wanted to make changes we were presented with options that were within our budget range, as well as options that we could consider later on.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I am most impressed with how smoothly the project flowed. The team really took the time to explain each step of the process so I never felt overwhelmed or confused about my own responsibilities regarding delivering content, etc. The Company 119 team clearly had a great deal of knowledge, and took the time to talk through our needs and listen to concerns so that they could respond effectively. They were friendly and just generally easy to talk to.
Are there any areas for improvement?
At this time I cannot think of any critiques of the company's work on our project. I think we got a great website for a great price.
The team at Company 119 meets expectations, providing a transparent and efficient service. Their skilled team has a strong project management style. Customers can find a trustworthy partner with this team.
