How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I googled local marketing agencies in Cincinnati. The big deciding factor was being flexible with spending and getting a project-based approach versus an annual retainer contract.

Simple projects. Created multiple ads using social media. Images and language already existed. WebFeat created and managed the ads.

Our email list went from 300 to over 1000.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicated primarily via email. Team members sent over files every Monday with emails that downloaded free or bought products and those that placed the email on social media.
