What was the scope of their involvement?

The team expanded our social media marketing to include Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. They also built up our preexisting YouTube page. Over time, we expanded the scope to encompass web development. DigitalHipster Inc. then built a new WooCommerce site.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our touch-base meetings are helpful. During those discussions, we review analytics and metrics. DigitalHipster Inc. is always part of our short-term and long-term planning. The team’s services are on par with our expectations and goals.

How did DigitalHipster Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

DigitalHipster Inc. provides responsive service seven days per week. They are on top of everything including our immediate needs. We use Smartsheet to communicate and share projects; the tool is a great way to exchange feedback. We also interact via email, phone calls, and in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The WooCommerce development was seamless, especially compared to past builds I’ve experienced. I’ve already recommended them to other companies, especially for website development.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s always room for improvement. On both sides, time constraints limit availability for face-to-face meetings. Touching base regularly would benefit both parties. However, I’m happy that DigitalHipster Inc. understands our expectations.
