Alley helped my business from top to bottom. She was able to create my logo, design my entire website, help me with marketing strategy, copywriting and label design. She also helped me with technical issues and is an ongoing champion for me and my brand. She is always there to assist me when I need help with any of these matters. She cares about her clients and wants them to succeed.

Alley was very communicative with me throughout each of our tasks that we were working on together. She made herself available for questions and concerns every step of the way. Once I approved her work, we would move on to the next task. She is very professional with her clients but also friendly and personable.

Alley Jean was very responsive and helpful responding via email and phone calls/texts and even through social media messaging. She was always willing to schedule a virtual meeting or a phone call. Projects were on time and even better than expected.

Alley has a unique process that really gets inside the head of the business owner to fully understand their visions and beliefs. Her passion for her work is obvious from the start. Alley Jean was hired to bring my jewelry business' renewed vision to life. We worked together in the past, about 4 years ago, and I wanted to continue our relationship with a complete rebrand, new logo, and a product selling website, all being completed in a very short timeframe due to the extremely busy season. 

We worked together to identify the key elements of my products and designs, and the purpose behind all aspects including a change in the business name and the passionate focus of a brand new product line which would be developed as a result of the newly created logo design.

Alley Jean communicated each step of the project, and adhered to schedule. We discussed various aspects of the project, what she needed me to provide her, and made sure that the project remained on track. Any questions, concerns, changes I wanted were discussed and dealt with very quickly. The end result is a professional, meaningful and focused design and website.

Her intention is to to help you and your business become more visible and accessible, while remaining unique.
