Their biggest strength is communication. They’re always brief and know what to do. They also tell me what they can do and give me correct estimations before we start a project. Adchitects takes payments at an hourly rate. When I ask for something, they give me an approximate estimation of how many hours it will take. Most of the time, the estimation is close to the final budget. I don’t think any new clients will have any problems. Adchitects always explains themselves correctly and sets expectations as true as possible at the start. New clients will get any advice they need from Adchitects.

What was most unexpected and impressive though, turned out to be the openness to pitch in with innovative creative ideas based on what they learned during research and discovery about Doberman's personality and aspirations. An example is that Doberman identified a print half tone/dot matrix type aesthetic as something we liked - BUT, we recognized that we produce content for television, not for print. Massive came up with a solution that felt in the spirit of what we loved about the print aesthetic but was geared towards TV - tube TV square pixels.
