Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the COO and co-founder of a company that centralizes the order and payment processes for restaurants and small–medium-sized businesses.

What challenge were you trying to address with SicMedia?

We needed someone to help us with social media and branding.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

SicMedia is providing us with social media marketing, branding, podcasting, and photo and video production.

Some of their deliverables include the redesigning of our logo, the creation of our slide presentations, Facebook and LinkedIn marketing, and the production of a podcast.

Apart from that, they’ve also created an animated video and produced photos for marketing purposes.

What is the team composition?

Our main point of contact is the project manager, but we’re also working with around five people from their team.

How did you come to work with SicMedia?

They were a referral from mutual friends, and we decided to work with them because they understand how to appeal to our clients in our local area.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we’ve spent less than $1,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership started in June 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s too early to quantify the results of our engagement but so far, they’ve exceeded our expectations and I’m very happy with their work.

How did SicMedia perform from a project management standpoint?

While they adhere to our budget, their scheduling can be quite inconsistent — in some instances, we wouldn’t hear from them for two weeks.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What distinguishes them from their competitors is their branding services.

Are there any areas they could improve?

SicMedia has a great understanding of what we want, but it takes them a while to respond to our concerns. They should improve on their project management, specifically with scheduling and attendance.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Their agency is relatively new, but the members have a lot of individual experiences. I would advise you to be clear with what you want and listen closely to their feedback and ideas.
