There were none. They could not meet the goals and were very basic in their approach to work or communication. They did not understand the project or just could not deliver.

They did not deliver the project and, in fact, could not communicate effectively in English. They pretend to be based in Liverpool, United Kingdom, and are, in fact, in India.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Nothing!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Design Eternal could have done differently?

Design Eternal is a company that does not have the capabilities to do anything meaningful in terms of website designs or implementation. I hired the company, which is not registered in the UK or located in Liverpool. They all have English names but are based in India. 

Most of the reviews here that give the company five stars are also made up by them. They have an English guy who will first rope you in, then once you pay, he passes you on to the person who is supposed to develop your site. These are all Indians pretending to be British. Tony, Eddie, Brown none of them exist. 

If you do want your business to succeed, stay clear of these developers. They actually promised to refund my money and then lied that the transaction would not go through. I am in talks with their payment gateway to get their accounts closed! They sent me a fake screenshot of a refund so I would take down my review.
