My company is a healthcare directory and Telehealth platform that allows customers find healthcare providers, services and jobs in UK. I am the CEO and founder of this company

To rebrand my company.

What were your goals for this project?

To rebrand the website, improve the UI/UX and add important functions such as PayPal payment, news feeds, Job posting and Geocoding of key web pages.

How did you select this vendor?

I recruited them on a freelancer website called Freelancer.co.uk

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

Out of the scope I provided for Techradius they Geocoded one page out three to allow the filters locate healthcare providers based on distance. The designed the news feed and left it with bugs so Thumbnails don’t match news links.

The were also supposed to integrate PayPal API but it shows Syntax errors. The completed the LinkedIn and Facebook API integration but didn’t install the SSL certificate so it doesn’t work all the time. The datascrapped a lot of information and uploaded it to my server in the wrong format

What was the team composition?

They gave me no visibility of the team but I spoke to three people and none of them where developers or designers

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

My startup launch has been pushed back by 4 months because Techradius delivered the project halfway and claimed they couldn’t continue because their company is closing down. I lost $1500 and they refused to refund anything to me

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

There was no project management. I asked for a project plan numerous time and they never gave me a detailed one or any at all.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Nothing, absolutely nothing. I lost money, my project wasn’t delivered completely, they were not able to communicate properly, they kept on lying about who was delivering my project or where it was being delivered.

I was not impressed by anything. When they did complete tasks they where completed to a good quality but this rarely happened

Are there any areas for improvement?

Will that depends, if what they said is true that they have closed down then there is no need for this. If they were lying then they need to improve on transparency, communication, and project management.

Techradius Helped us to complete this application in given timeframe. They really provided a great value for our budget. The application has well tested on all the platform. And ready to deploy on the market.

They have a huge team. They have a 3-story building full of designers, an SEO team, a digital promotion team, a software development team, and other departments.

We have invested $22,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July or August 2017, and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They did a fantastic job for a good price. For the software side, the model they developed functions properly.

How did Techradius perform from a project management standpoint?

Their IT support was awesome. They’re available every day except Sunday. They provide support with software, apps, website, and more. They take care of everything.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The work they do is impressive. Their website development, software and app development, SEO, and digital promotions were good.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wasn’t sure if they’d be able to complete the project in time. They lacked in their communication. For example, if I sent them an email, we received the reply after 6 hours. Being a client, we require an immediate response. They ended up delivering the solutions I wanted in time.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Every client must compel them to complete the work within the timeline. In my experience, I persisted, and I believe that’s the reason that I got my work done within the time that I wanted it. Their pricing is okay according to the market prices, but you can also negotiate a lower price.

They’ve also handled SEO [search engine optimization] and SMO [social media optimization]. EMI [equated monthly installment] and loan calculators have also been integrated into the website.
