I am also grateful to see continuity in the folks we are working with. Sometimes companies have 'start up' staff and then pass you off to someone else - which doesn't always work well. We told them one of our IT people resigned, and Five Nines brought out a folder and said, "Here's a solution we were thinking could happen just based on our interview." It took the pressure off. Instead of going out and trying to find another person, the team said, "Here's what we can do for you." Five Nines sees things that we don't see and gives us options.

If I ask them something, they’ll take the time to explain it to me and tell me what to do if an issue happens again. Overall, they’re simply amazing — they don’t treat us like fools when our issue turns out to be something ridiculous. They’re with us in every step of everything we do; Entech treats us like we’re their only customer and priority. Everybody is helpful from the person who answers our tickets to Jake (President).

They’re able to complete projects within a timeframe that works for us. They can adjust their work to our schedule and coordinate with us so that we don’t have to adjust to their timing.

Pact-One Solutions, LLC delivers work on time and within budget. Moreover, they communicate well with us. We have a ticket management tool called ConnectWise that they've installed on our computers. Using this tool, we simply press a button and tell them what the problem is, and a service ticket is automatically sent to them. Usually, one of their teammates reaches out to us within 10–30 minutes regarding the ticket, and someone is assigned to us to help us through the problem.
