Develop an iPhone App to allow a national team of Field Technicians to update SD Cards used in company's equipment with new software and database files. The project involved building out a backend system to allow upload of various files to be used for the 'update' and control different versions and packages. On the front end, the iPhone App was to have a simple interface without giving the Technicians many choices or requiring many selections.
The challenge was to leave some files undisturbed on the SD Card, while updating other select files via an iPhone dongle. The second challenge was to allow the update for software and database to occur together or seperate depending on the need of the particular equipment.

Timely delivery of the App and meeting the exact functionality requirements.

KLIK assigned a Project Manager, an Analyst, and a developer to the project. All did a great job organizing the requirements and delivering what was promised.

The MSP needed to have strong cloud and engineering capabilities and operate within strict SLA committments.

It has been now almost 5 years since our initial engagment and they are continuing to provide excellent value and service. We have significantly improved our IT operations and streamlined technology processes. They are now assisting us with new ERP implementation and security hardening initiative.

We have a dedicated Service Delivery Manager who provides updates to our executive team. He also managed internal and external resources and makes sure our projects are tracking on time and on budget. All project are managed through a management platform and we have real time access.
