They provide a free service called "Set 2 Start" that lets you basically skip the standard $2-5k setup costs when getting started with HubSpot. This makes getting started with HubSpot much more accessible to small businesses like ours. As part of this process, they have a series of meetings and give you access to tools that all guide you through the process of getting started. HubSpot can be a daunting system due to its feature richness and having such finely tuned settings that can be applied to almost anything you are doing. Even for a technically savvy individual, it is a laborious task to get your bearings and move through the steps. Set 2 Close made this process infinitely easier and served as a guiding point to avoid getting lost in the process.

That enables us to prepare our team or adjust the project to make sure that it runs smoothly. For example, they've been honest about the fact that content writing is not their strong suit and that they would need our team to provide the material. I wouldn’t count that as a downfall; rather, I appreciate that they're very transparent about their abilities and how that would affect the project. They're not afraid to ask what they need from us to be successful.

I was also blown away by Barry's willingness to run ALL over Chicago to track down our laptops, THREE different times, I believe, when FedEx messed up the delivery. Barry went on his personal time to the local FedEx THREE times to figure out what was going on and to make sure our expensive new laptops didn't sit at FedEx longer than needed. I also genuinely enjoy catching up with Barry and Ryan each time we talk. It doesn't ever feel like they're giving me the notorious sales pitch 'hey, how bout them Cubs' talk.

They’re located within 100 yards of our building, so they’re very easy to get onsite. That’s not always necessary as a hosted environment because developers can gain remote access. Nevertheless, their physical proximity made the implementation process extremely convenient. We've thoroughly enjoyed everybody that we’ve dealt with. They were meticulous and comprehensive. We're still collaborating with them, too. We’ve been going through an upgrade with the Web component and they’ve been heavily involved in it, helping us through the process. It’s an excellent relationship.
