I advise you to try to be in it for the long haul and be patient with them. However long you'd give someone in-house to figure sales out, you should give them that time.

5.0 Jul 31, 2013What I’m getting at is when we first started out with ASI, and we had a glitch, sometimes it would affect us trying to finish out the day, and then we had to get somebody on the phone sooner rather than later. They’re great with communication. Being responsive and accessible is of great importance to us. Back when we had those problems, we’d do our end of day UPS picks up here at 3:30 p.m. If we had a problem emerge at 1:30 p.m. that kept us from going any further, they were good about getting on the problem, and fixing it immediately, thus allowing us to continue processing orders.

They’re located within 100 yards of our building, so they’re very easy to get onsite. That’s not always necessary as a hosted environment because developers can gain remote access. Nevertheless, their physical proximity made the implementation process extremely convenient. We've thoroughly enjoyed everybody that we’ve dealt with. They were meticulous and comprehensive. We're still collaborating with them, too.

Since they offer white labeling, we made it feel like a part of the conference app. This year we added the ability to book a specific reservation time instead of first come first served.
