Project Definition Microsoft Teams Cloud Voice (VoIP):
Microsoft Teams Cloud Voice refers to the capability of people to make and receive calls in Microsoft
Teams. Microsoft 365 subscriptions including Teams Calling from one Teams app to another Teams app.
Making and receiving calls to and from landlines and mobile phones on the public switch telephone
network (PSTN) in Teams is available with an add-on like Microsoft 365 Teams with Calling Plan or is
included in Microsoft 365 E5. These options provide a cloud-based phone system in Teams with features
such as hold, blind and safe transfers, and reporting features for professionals who manage calling
solutions.
This offering expands on Teams Essentials to leverage Microsoft Teams Cloud Voice as the Phone system
for the organization.
Project Overview:
This package will enable organizations to begin leveraging Microsoft Teams Cloud Voice. Microsoft Teams
is a powerful collaboration tool that allows for greater productivity leveraging effective communication
such as chats, meetings, and more. This offering will enhance Microsoft Teams with telephony capabilities.
Velosio is also recommending that Cantata Health Solutions (Cantata Health) consider transitioning it’s
existing licensure under Velosio as the partner for Microsoft licensing. The transition is seamless, and
does not cause any interruption of services or functionality. Rather, it is simply a licensing backend
transition, but provides Cantata Health with a single point of contact for licensing, support, and
professional services, as well as a single invoice for licenses. In support of this approach, Velosio has
summarized annual licensing investment based on the existing licensing held by Cantata Health.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
This project will be considered complete when all expected deliverables have been received by Cantata Health, as acknowledged and agreed to by the parties through a Project Completion form, in accordance with the procedures set forth in this paragraph. At the completion of the project, Velosio will provide the Cantata Health with a Project Completion form. Cantata Health will have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Project Completion form either (I) to accept it by: signing and returning it to Velosio, or (ii) to articulate its objections in writing to Velosio. If Cantata Health does not timely provide Velosio with written acceptance or objection(s) within such 7-calendar day period, Cantata Health will be deemed to have ACCEPTED the project and all associated deliverables without any further action by either party.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
The Project Manager assigned to us was Jonathan. He was extremely responsive to our questions, punctual to our scheduled meetings, and always engaged. Jonathan would send summaries of what was discussed in the meetings shortly after each call and would deliver on his tasks ahead of schedule.
When we would email or send a Teams message to Jonathan, he was always quick to respond with the information or an answer we were looking for.
I'm working with Jonathan currently on a different project and I find him extremely knowledgable and helpful with all facets.
