All this was augmented between email between the key players. We encouraged their folks to go directly to the key resources on our team. Looking back, Slack would have been a useful tool, and we didn’t align our Jira instances as we should have. We weren’t quite sure how to fully integrate with them, and there was a bit of caution on our side, but they were very flexible.
