LUXVT Real Estate Agent Directory
LUXVT offers digitally focused marketing platforms for tens of thousands of luxury real estate agents across the globe.
The leadership team at LUXVT was looking to better leverage their large database of agents for clients to browse, which ultimately led them to deciding on creating an exclusive real estate agent directory.
We worked with the leadership team at LUXVT to design and develop this directory platform as a way to showcase LUXVT real estate members as top tier and easily accessible.
Over the course of this 16 week project, the Bizop team designed mockups, developed the site code, generated an easy to use onboarding process, and launched the directory to LUXVT’s over 10,000 members.
Stakeholder and agent feedback of this new directory has been very positive:
“The outcome has been extremely positive - our agent pages look great and are very impressive to sellers. Also the customization factor has been extremely successful. As someone who is not technically adept myself with code, it is awesome to be able to make changes without jumping in. Bizop was extremely responsive and seemed to understand multiple parts of the process from design to coding dev. My experience with Bizop Media has been overwhelmingly positive.”
- Cheryl Barr, Marketing Director - LUXVT

LUXVT Website Design & Development
The Challenge
Within the realm of the luxury real estate industry, agents are placed under high pressure to provide resources and content to support their high-end listings. That’s where our California based clients from LUXVT come into play, as they create and distribute marketing collateral for luxury real estate agents world-wide.
LUXVT was faced with the problem of their website user experience not matching their high-quality brand. Their website was also laid out in a confusing format– resulting in an overall unfriendly UX. This was not something that would’ve accurately reflected the type of luxury marketing services that they offer, prompting our team to develop an elegant solution.
The Solution
Our design team knew that it was imperative to develop a website that could be navigated with ease while at the same time, manifesting their luxury status. As a reputable resource for luxury real estate agents, the new website had to comply with LUXVT’s clients in a timely, efficient manner in order for luxury house listings to be created with high quality content.
The clutter and confusion of the old website just had to go, and LUXVT was more than happy to comply with our proposed solution: a custom WordPress theme for LUXVT’s website in addition to further developing their code and WordPress implementation for a flawless user experience.
The Result
As a result, we successfully implemented a fully customizable WordPress theme with 10+ pages, a custom blog, and 20+ custom branded content blocks. With the help of Bizop, we were able to improve the overall look and navigation of the site, allowing for real estate agents to signup and list their luxury properties with ease.

M.A.D. Email Marketing
The Challenge
M.A.D. Furniture is an Asian based furniture manufacturer, with production assembly based in Southern China. Their fresh, innovative and contemporary furniture line is designed with the modern, urban dweller in mind.
Wanting to find a way to relate with their customers, M.A.D. Furniture sought to engage their 1,500 customers with a “behind the scenes” video of their manufacturing facility through a unique email campaign.
The Solution
Bizop and M.A.D. Furniture came together to figure out how to incorporate all of these elements into one email campaign.
Our team tackled the issue by creating a custom email design, and managed development, implementation, and publishing. The newsletter consisted of A/B tested subject lines, an interactive GIF, and unique exclusive messaging to allow for better open and click-through rates.
The Result
As a result, this email marketing campaign successfully achieved a 35.5% open rate and a 9.9% click-through rate– which is 13% and 6% over the industry standard, respectively.
Readers enjoyed the personal touch of a “behind the scenes” concept– helping M.A.D. foster a sense of transparency with their readers.

Sona Watches Website UX/IU Design
The Challenge
Sona Watches was founded in 2015 in Detroit, MI and is tailored towards consumers looking for the best quality luxury leather watches. They handle watch design, manufacturing, and distribution of high-end timepieces.
With a broad array of products, Sona Luxury Watches sought to attract customers to their high-class leather products while still providing plenty of opportunities to check out their other offerings.
The Solution
Sona Watches presented these issues to our team, and we chose to develop a custom web design as well as a desktop and mobile prototype, in favor of positioning their brand in the appropriate light.
The Result
In order to balance out each of their needs, our web design focused on a special highlight for their seasonal feature, with plenty of white space to counter the beauty of the products. The result was an elegant, user-friendly web design ready for implementation.

Kirei USA Social Media Marketing
The Challenge
Finding the right approach to their social media was something Kirei couldn’t quite grasp without our assistance. Designing green and beautiful is something they’ve been doing since their inception, and they wanted to find a way to share that vision within their online audience.
Kirei sought to improve their social media reach and to boost brand awareness. They also wanted to better utilize existing social platforms through a uniquely tailored, holistic marketing strategy.
The Solution
Kirei is the Japanese word for beautiful, and we took this translation into consideration while conceptualizing their content. Not only did their content have to be captivating, but the overall brand look had to match the beauty of their products.
Bizop took on Kirei’s social content creation on their social platforms: Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, and Linkedin, as well as implemented community management strategies on Instagram.
The Result
Over the course of the social media campaign to date, Kirei has seen a significant increase in organic social traffic by 150%, a 717% increase in Pinterest engagement, and a 220% increase in Instagram engagement. This noticeable difference speaks lengths to us about our team’s impact on their growth, helping us gain valuable insight on our effective methods.

The Solution
After getting together with Kirei to discuss feasible options, we proposed our inbound marketing services which entail 2 unique blog posts a month, strategy, planning, content creation, and publishing.
The Result
Inbound marketing proved to be an effective solution for Kirei. Aside from creating one-of-a-kind acoustic panels, our team helped them generate the inbound traffic and leads that they desired.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Marketing Director for Allseating Corp. who has been a leader in the design and development of seating solutions for 40 years. Product offering serves the office, educational, hospitality, and healthcare industries.
For what projects/services did your company hire Bizop Media?
Our website had been developed many years ago and was in need of a refresh. We were looking to Bizop Media to bring their expertise on trends etc... as it pertains to web design and work within our branding guidelines to develop a design for our new website.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Our IT Manager sent out RFPs to 4 different companies. All companies were evaluated on expertise, references, examples of previous work, team assignment and of course price.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We had a series of kick off meetings whereby Allseating shared with them a comprehensive presentation on likes/dislikes of various competitors websites as well as general websites. We shared what "works and doesn't work" through the eyes of the user as well as those maintaining the site. Bizop executed the project in chunks - identifying the "critical pages" to identify theme, branding, colors, etc...
This allowed some back and forth to fine tune everything before they expanded the frame work to all other pages. Both Bizop and Allseating ensured several weekly meetings to touch base. The team ensured everything was on track and budget.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
In total we worked with 4 people from Bizop but understand there were more in the back end (designers, etc...). Nathan Wilbanks, Executive Director Eric Baldwin, Creative Director Alexandria Swanson, Project Director DeAnna Woods, Project Manager
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Although we haven't launched the new site yet, development has just kicked off. However, feedback from our internal staff, our marketing agency as well as our sales team (highest users) have all been extremely positive with excitement for launch day!
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Extremely effective. Everyone on the team was quick to respond and extremely helpful. All key milestones were met!
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Bizop took on this project with a heightened sense of pride (as I could only assume they do with every project). Rather than simply taking information and executing, they took everything one step further... by taking a step back.
They put themselves (as best they could) in the users point of view and were able to provide insight and improvements to our requests. The Bizop Team was extremely responsive and organized and ensured the project was executed above and beyond.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
On a scale of 1-10 I would suggest they executed at a 9. This was only my second website redesign, the last one being almost 10 years ago. When it comes to web design, there are so many technical components to stay ahead of. My only recommendation would be to provide an AODA compliancy report on the web design and ensure the client is aware and would want to comply.
Second to this, mobility... while we had mobile pages created, developers are now advising that "tablet" pages are necessary as well. I wouldn't use these 2 points against Bizop -- the world is ever changing and the web is 100x faster... it's difficult to keep up but this is food for thought for the future!

Please describe your company and your position there.
PROJECT AZ is an Interior Design studio based in New York City. As the founder and lead designer, Ahmad sets the creative direction for all his client's and firm's projects.
For what projects/services did your company hire Bizop Media, and what were your goals?
PROJECT AZ's website was a simple template showcasing a visual portfolio. Originally, Bizop Media was hired to enhance the online presence of our website and work on SEO. The team was on board to redesign the website and provide a more comprehensive, carefully designed website that best delivers the message of our firm. The goal was always to present a high-end website experience that showcases our firm's knowledge and expertise in addition to the consistent level of projects we deliver to our end users.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Bizop Media was recommended by one of the top PR agencies in New York City. The first consultation call with the team was detailed and comprehensive. As a client, we were not pushed in one direction over the other. The consultation was structured in a brilliant way that made us understand what strengths our online presence had and most importantly, what weaknesses we had. It helped our firm shape its decision on when and what services to move forward with.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
The original scope of work was SEO, when we realized some challenges given the original online portfolio, we shifted the scope to web design and development, SEO, Pinterest presence, and later added newsletter services. A full comprehensive audit was presented, meetings held to explain to us (as users) what that audit meant. Strategy and steps towards providing the optimal solutions were presented during several meetings.
Presentations of Mock Up, text drafts, color palette, recommendations to add certain services like a mailing list. Bizop Media's team does not only consist of web developers, they have a creative writing team that helps add content to the website and develop a monthly Blog Post.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked directly with 4 team members and there are others behind the scenes. The project manager is always on top of everything and provides regular updates. This is very important as most of the work being done is backend work and not necessarily visible until the work mock-up is ready for review, then to be launched. The developers team lead is a great listener and creative thinker.
Presenting solutions that are easy to comprehend and work well with the overall concept of the scope of work. Bizop Media's creative writing team is truly next level. The concepts of the blog posts, the writing of all the content for the website & newsletter all go on smoothly, the drafts are available to review prior to publishing with enough time to make any changes if and when needed.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We launched our website the same day as our newsletter, the founder received numerous emails, message,s and even some calls with words of praise on both the newsletter and website. The most common feedback is how our firm's online presence went from an online digital portfolio of beautiful projects to a professional company's website with thought leadership. PROJECT AZ's ongoing project with Bizop Media is SEO, now that the new and redesigned website is in place we are sure the website will receive more traction.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Regular meetings are on the calendar where the entire team is present. Individually, the teams reach out for any updates and respond to any concerns, questions or inquiries. Bizop Media always present timelines even for the smallest tasks and deliver on time.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The ability to listen, take someone's vision, and turn it into reality. As a design firm, we always envisioned the work of our firm presented in a certain way and at a certain level of professionalism. Design is as much aesthetics as it is problem solving and technicalities, our website had to have the best of both and Bizop Media delivered.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
There were no issues at all during this partnership. If one thing, having a more streamlined process (like a project management software may be) to show a visual timeline of all tasks and deadlines would be helpful. But that's coming to form a design team that works best with visual tools.

“They’re a small business so we received excellent personalization and attention.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the senior VP of Paradigm Trends. We’re a design and manufacturing company that sells bar, bath, and guestroom accessories to the hospitality sector and retail stores around the world.
What challenge were you trying to address with Bizop Media?
Our former website wasn’t great so the challenge was to create one that could accurately explain and reflect our business. It had been created a year prior but was failing to meet our objectives.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Bizop Media built our new website from scratch. This included features and functionalities from the way it’s navigated to the homepage layout — they handled every part of it. The previous site was on Squarespace, and they moved us to WordPress.
Their team took the concept of our product page, the only page that was salvaged, and completely realtered it on the new website. They also handled about 90%–95% of our visual and written content creation. I added the content that was too detail-oriented and needed to be done in-house.
What is the team composition?
There were four people on the team.
How did you come to work with Bizop Media?
Bizop Media had been working with our PR firm that is also in the hospitality space but focused on design and some products. The firm recommended Bizop Media to us, and the sense of familiarity was very helpful.
How much have you invested with them?
We invested about $13,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project lasted from October 2019–March 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We took the opportunity to launch the website during COVID-19. It was a good time because people were at home, and they had more time on their hands. The feedback we’ve received has been great and everyone says the website looks excellent. It’s easy to navigate and has a clearer depiction of what we do.
I gave Bizop Media creative flexibly, and they did a great job with it. I intellectually knew what I wanted, but knew I couldn’t do the design work. There are so many companies I’ve worked with that were putting pressure on me to come up with the concept and idea. I was specifically paying them to do that so I could get paid to do what I’m good at. I was sick of that relationship. Bizop Media understood that and from the get-go, they were really good at giving me design concepts.
How did Bizop Media perform from a project management standpoint?
They were great at project management. We had an open document between both of our teams that we used for correspondence. They were on time for most things, and if they weren’t it was understandable and they communicated beforehand. We had a good working relationship.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We were able to work with the owners one-on-one and that was great. They’re a small business so we received excellent personalization and attention.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I’ve been happy overall. I understand the ebbs and flows to businesses and where things might not be perfect. The Bizop Media team always came back with an answer that I understood.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
It’s always great to come with a clear foundation of what you want and then work with what they’re presenting to you in constructive ways. Knowing what you want will get you to where you need to be.

What did you find most impressive about this company?
I found their communication most impressive. They have obviously done this type of work before in this industry as they were able to answer our questions and provide a clear direction for the entire project. As someone who is not an expert in web design and marketing, I appreciated their willingness to walk myself and my team through the project and and answer all of our questions and concerns.
Are there any areas for improvement?
No. Their team was very professional and went above and beyond for our brand creation and web design needs. I thoroughly enjoyed working alongside Alex and her team, and would not change a thing about how this engagement went.

The firm’s aesthetic is sophisticated and approachable—two qualities shown in every project’s thoughtfully crafted design narrative. Whether it be a customized feature in a lobby or a unique and creative concept that aligns with brand standards, IIG tailors the design to that specific property, giving each its own identity and personality.
