Overall, our experience with Tensorway was excellent, and it's hard to find a fault. However, if there's a minor area for improvement, it would be in the post-consultation follow-up. A structured follow-up session to review the progress of implemented strategies would have added even more value to their comprehensive service. But truly, this is a minor point in an otherwise seamless collaboration.
