Progress is visible on production servers, going live now for 100+ customers (100.000+ end users)

We had a meeting in December 2023 where we had to stipulate that the level and speed of developement had to be some levels higher. Partially this was our own fault as we didn't put focus on this earlier. Since December 2023, we aligned on the need to elevate both the level and speed of development. We have noted signifcant improvements in level and speed from the team. It shows that they took to hearts our comments and are willing to improve and deliver the best possible product and services.  We recognize that we could have highlighted this earlier, and appreciate the team's openness to feedback. Since then, we’ve seen significant and encouraging improvements. It’s clear that the team took our input seriously and is committed to delivering high-quality products and services. Their responsiveness and dedication are greatly valued.

Very responsive, easy communication, structured follow-up via Jira. Overall, we're satisfied with their services and follow-up.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Alcyone Technologies Pvt. Ltd. could have done differently?

We really appreciate the efforts of the Alcyone team in supporting our development needs. To make our collaboration even more effective, it would be great if we could focus more on delivering complete, high-quality solutions—both in terms of code and user experience.

Sometimes, when a request comes from our Belgian team, development starts quickly, but the final delivery feels only partially complete. We’d love to see a stronger emphasis on UX and not just task execution. It would be incredibly valuable if Alcyone could actively collaborate with us by offering insights, proposing enhancements, and aiming for delivery that meets the highest standards—100% in code, UI, and UX.

We fully understand that this might take a bit more time, but in the long run, quality will always outweigh speed.
