My original website needed updating with a server that could also handle an additional members hub/portal where my clients could log into to access their support, material and trainings.

Recommended by a client. They were really quick to quote and design the promising website and portal area.

We setup a meeting initially to discuss what I needed. We then starting building the website and created what needed to be added bit by bit so I could oversea how it took shape. Eventually the finishing with a fantastic area my.clients can log into and access everything they need securely and safely.

A number of people helped me, assisted me and problem solved any issue very quickly.

My business has grown massively over the last 12 months having the help of these guys at the tip of my fingers. Revenue increased by 90% and I feel that down to the outstanding level of service my clients have. The main part of that being my new website members area.

We used WhatsApp and skype as these were really quick and easy ways to communicate.

A colleague recommended IDIOSYS TECHNOLOGIES to me, so I researched them and read great reviews. After an impressive meeting with their technical lead, I was compelled to choose them due to their clear documentation and work process.

They developed a CRM system with an accompanying app that would help us manage our business, from recruitment to payroll.

What was the team composition?

The team consisted of a graphic designer, a UI designer, a database consultant, four web developers, two app developers, a QA analyst.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They launched the web application with 50% of its features within four months. Then, they gradually completed the other tasks as well as the iOS/Android app. 

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their progress and workflow were nearly excellent; I’d give them top marks. During this time span, we communicated on a regular basis, and they typically responded to our inquiries within 24 hours. They'd only failed to do this twice.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I appreciated that their team members helped in adopting the latest trending technologies.

Are there any areas for improvement?

It would be great if they could provide 24-hour support, which would also bring them more clients worldwide. Having said that, they usually replied 16 hours a day, even on holidays, which was pretty good.
