As we are a demanding company in terms of the quality of our product and by such criteria, we were looking for a team that carries out our Internet project. Project objectives: convenient, modern e-commerce website, understandable to our customer. Development deadlines, guarantees and modern technologies - important for us.

We selected the five best companies (in our opinion). The selection took place in two stages. After the first stage we selected two companies. Already at this stage the company Fenix, for us, was the favorite.

At the stage of selecting companies, Fenix team provided us with the most detailed proposal. We discussed important for us details of the future project (speed, further improvement, SEO, support) and chose LARAVEL framework. Also Fenix provided stages of development of our project.
After signing the contract the work was set up as follows:
Stage1:
- Prototyping (UX design) and writing detailed documentation

- QI tests At the stage of QI, the SEO team joined to carry out their work for promotion.

The finished project fully meets all our requirements. We got a lot of positive feedback from our clients about our new website. Our conversion rate has increased by more than 600%. The project is ready for further promotion, which we are now doing with the Fenix team.

Communication is one of Fenix strengths. We paid attention to it from our first meetings. Before signing the contract, the PM, the UX/UI specialist, the SEO specialist, dev. lead communicated with us. Other companies had only sales representatives at the meeting.
After signing the contract, our project was managed by a PM who answered our questions at any day of the week and at any time of the day. We were also connected to the task tracker (Jira). Every week the PM made report on the stack of tasks done and determine the next one.
As the project was ready and after the CMS training, Vladislav (PM) was in touch with us answering all our questions.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The Fenix team consists of professionals in their field, so we were sure that project would be 100% successful. Professionalism, understanding of the goals and objectives of the client. Understanding the future life of the project and this is only a small part of our impressions.

Marketplace for artists to print their designs on clothes, mugs etc. Artists open their galleries, create products with their designs and we sell it. I am the owner of this company.
For what projects/services did your company hire Phoenix Industry, and what were your goals?
Our main goal was to create a completely autonomous marketplace where artists independently create products with their designs. The main problem was the correct work with graphics and clear control by the artist of all sales and royalties based on the goods sold.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Phoenix Industry has background in marketplaces which we checked before and also they showed their designs. Thus we ordered and the site design and development. One of our condition was to finish project at the end of February before the season start. On February 23th we finished the final test and had to go live on February 25th. But Russia started war in Ukraine on February 24th. We asked Phoenix to make a break for some time. In one month we continued the project and finished it. Thus our goal was achieved and guys proved they can work in any conditions to deliver results.

Very friendly and a lot of fun. We had weekly online meetings. We used Trello to fix all agreements, steps, results and tests. All questions were fixed in Trello also so we never had misunderstanding or unclear points. No negative communications at all.

- Clear scope and results. First time we worked with the team who properly work with the blueprint. Thus they understood what we wants as a result before starting to work
