5.0 Aug 23, 2021The way that we initiated the project was via email, which then turned into a Zoom call, and that’s where we are now —they’ve been very responsive and timely with everything they’ve done. Sometimes, they don’t write down the full transcript after the call goes over the 10-minute mark. However, Go Answer is always transparent and prompt in providing us with the full recordings of the calls whenever we request them.

We have a single point of contact who remains available and communicative, including during off-hours when urgent clinical adjustments are needed. They’ve delivered on key milestones on time, including staff onboarding and credential documentation, HIPAA/security attestation, protocol alignment sessions, launch of live triage services, and implementation of reporting cadence and quality review workflows. We’ve had minimal delays, and the few we’ve encountered have been communicated transparently and resolved promptly.

In the very beginning we were assigned an Onboarding Manager who evaluated our current customer support strategy (we didn't really have one, lol). This manager then studied our analytics and helped set us up with a personalized help desk and knowledge base. There were 2 things that stand out the most when dealing with Evateck: 1 - A highly personalized approach. The Evateck team didn't feel like an outsourced team at all. They were more like an offshore continuation of our own team that understood our goals and values.
