I'm the founder and president of Spark AI Strategy, a consulting company. We help individuals and organizations leverage AI by providing personalized strategies, expertise in generative and predictive AI, and custom solutions to drive innovation and business growth.

We needed support with marketing, social media, and lead generation.

What was the scope of work done?

Remote CoWorker has taken over all of my social media channels and built out a strategic approach that aligns with my growth goals. In addition, my VA has been tasked with streamlining my collateral and aligning it with my brand. He is building out my lead generation platform as well as an annuity-based social media/newsletter platform. Currently, he is working on building out online courses for me that will lead to lead generation and annuity-based income alongside my standard consulting and coaching.

I interviewed five different VA firms, and Remote CoWorker stood out to me as one that had the broadest roles and the most flexibility to meet my specific needs. I also liked their interview process as opposed to just being assigned a VA.

We started working together in May 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Remote CoWorker's work has given me back time and allowed me to focus on other aspects of my business. I assign numerous projects, and they continue to deliver them on time and with excellent quality. For example, they've built out a social media workflow, uploaded content to my website and socials, and worked alongside me to create a strategy to see the impact of our social media and newsletter audience. The metrics I use to measure the impact of my social media and newsletter audience growth are an increase in bookings from the right clients and an increase in profitability.

How did Remote CoWorker perform from a project management standpoint?

Remote CoWorker's project management is perfect. Dhan is easy to work with, friendly, confident, and responsive. He asks questions, takes feedback, and follows through on assignments. We communicate via email, Teams, Trello, and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

My account manager is professional and prompt. She has brought me excellent candidates to choose from, coached me on processes and KPIs, and is always consistent and friendly in her communication.

What I found most impressive about this company was their exceptional customer service and attention to detail.

While my experience with Remote CoWorker was positive overall, one area for improvement could be in their onboarding process. Although they provided excellent service once the project started, a more detailed initial onboarding could have helped streamline the setup phase and made the transition smoother.
