We were very pleased with our assistant, Gabriel and his supervisor, Keizy. The interview and hiring process as well as getting Gabe onboarded and working efficiently was fast and easy. The quality of work and the communication were superior, and the skillset was exactly what we needed. He was flexible with regards to switching tasks for us, as well as reliable as a rock. A natural disaster struck during our contract and Gabe did not let it stop him from finding a way to contact Keizy, who remained in constant contact with us, and he tried to work using his mobile data. Incredibly loyal and fast. Fast did not mean low quality work. Gabe took some complex issues we needed help with, and rapidly converted them to readable, organized data. My only regrets about hiring this service is 1) I didn't do it sooner, and 2) We had to end the project due to budget constraints caused by other factors. We wish we could have kept what we called our "dream team" together. We will definitely be back as soon as the need and finances become available. Thank you Gabe and Keizy for all of your help. It did, and will make a huge difference for us. Gabe did everything from audio transcription, organizing files, putting photos and text into sheets for us so they are organized and accessible, he helped us with any project we asked him to. He was always eager to start new projects, and he was great about letting me/us know when he was done and ready for more work (usually far ahead of what we anticipated).

We asked Gabe to help with many projects in a short amount of time. We needed transcription, data entry, files organized, lists made from word documents, and more. No task ever overwhelmed or seemed difficult for him, and he finished each project earlier than anticipated. We have been extremely pleased.

Every ask was delivered ahead of schedule and the work was high quality. The team was very reliable and responsive. Always dependable and respectful. We felt confident letting them handle our confidential records, and would hire them again immediately if we could.
