Initially, our project management approach wasn’t working optimally because we had two project managers, Shaheen and an internal project manager, who co-created the plan, so we had to coordinate two people. Eventually, we found a happy medium. Giving an onboarding plan a bit of time is good and normal. Once the team settled, we picked up the work fairly quickly.
