At the beginning of the project, I was nervous that Quantum Mob didn't understand the project's scope. Their team had a very structured design sprint that they'd used before with great success — they presented a schedule of meetings and deliverables. I wasn't sure that we could follow the schedule, but their CEO assured me it was flexible and would change depending on our discoveries during the first few meetings. That's exactly what happened. We changed the plan in response to Quantum Mob's relentless curiosity.
