What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Please DO NOT use this company if you own a medical spa! I reached out to them and spoke to Angela Cho, she claimed that she was an expert in the medical spa industry and was very friendly. She continued to reach out to me and due to her friendly and well spoken demeanor I decided to hire them to construct my website. I never heard from Angela Cho again. I was transferred to Haroon Jilani to work on my site. During the process he never once reached out to gain my approval for any of the pages and was unreachable via email or phone. I tried to trust the process and after the 6 weeks time that they promised, II reached out again asking for the site. The site was a complete disaster, inaccurate descriptions and info. They clearly know nothing about the medical spa industry or the services and products used. I expressed my dissatisfaction and tried to remedy the issues with Haroon Jilani. We spoke or the phone and through zoom calls and he did not make most of the changes I asked for. I asked for a refund multiple times via email and over phone calls. Emails were written to both Haroon and Angela, and Angela never once responded. I ended up hiring a different company and starting over from scratch. Simply google the websites they claim to have built, most of the sites do not even exist. Beware!
