It's nice to have somebody like that who can reassure us and knows what they're talking about without just selling us their services. The number one thing about working with Hani is his customer service because that’s rare to come by. He's somebody who's personable, communicative, and incredibly knowledgeable.

The quality of such niche talent and flexibility to adjust to our requirements and timing was impressive. Some of the pains we had at the end of last year and the beginning of this year were around admin stuff (billing/invoicing in particular), and all have been cleared.
Items were delivered on schedule and Dura was great about informing us when our input was needed at stages and identifying where they may be blocked until we could provide information. Dura was extremely receptive to our feedback during designs and reviews, making changes or iterating on alternative designs where we felt adjustments in the concept were needed. They were also extremely accommodating when we requested additional last-minute changes and were able to provide additional concept work beyond the initially requested scope.
Product development completion was on time and on budget. Project management was outstanding. There were no surprises or gotcha moments re: things going 'off the rails'.
