I’m the CEO of a manufacturing company. We design and manufacture prefabricated, high-performance wall panel systems that streamline construction, reduce costs, and improve energy efficiency for new builds and retrofits. We offer sustainable and customizable solutions for building envelopes.

What challenge were you trying to address with Adeptivity IT Solutions?

We took over a manufacturing space in Mississauga, Canada, and there was no IT infrastructure at all. We needed help designing and implementing a full network infrastructure.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Adeptivity IT Solutions has designed and implemented a full network infrastructure for our manufacturing space. The team has provided hardware and installed and configured Microsoft 365, security cameras, door access control systems, computers, video conferencing in boardrooms, and music throughout the building. 
The team has also configured SharePoint for email and file collaboration, created cybersecurity policies and software protection, and provided offsite disaster recovery. In addition, Adeptivity IT Solutions provides ongoing IT support and strategic consulting.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Adeptivity IT Solutions in February 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Adeptivity IT Solutions has divided our project into phases, and the team has provided clear communication about what stage the project is at. Each phase has clear deliverables, and once a phase is complete, we sign off on it and move on to the next.Our network and computers are very stable and secure, so we’ve been able to focus on growing our business. 
We’ve grown our revenue significantly since we started working with Adeptivity IT Solutions, and they’ve freed up our staff’s time because they don’t have to worry about IT. The Adeptivity IT Solutions solution is turnkey.
We’ve saved around 12 hours a week in not having to deal with IT issues or source computers, and we’ve had an 80% decrease in overall IT issues. Our staff is able to focus on work, so they’re far more productive, and they absolutely love the support of Adeptivity IT Solutions.

We needed help with unlimited managed IT services, migration to Microsoft 365 cloud services, migrating to a VoIP phone system, and supporting PC, macOS, and mobile devices.

We had several projects planned with milestones, and I was extremely pleased with how fast everything went. For example, the Microsoft 365 migration was planned over a weekend, and Adeptivity IT Solutions seamlessly restored all devices by the next business day. Overall, the project resulted in reduced downtime and increased efficiency for our entire team.
